The staff are just wonderful, helpful, and attentive to details. The location is just perfect and the rooms are big enough and clean.

Mr. Sirkan welcoming! The location.

The cleanessless of the bathrooms & the rooms.

The location and their warm welcoming us Mr. Sarkan so nice person and assisting us with smile till checked out time.

Super friendly staff and great location for shopping.

It was unusual to have everything wrapped in plastic - towels, hairdryer, TV remote.

Very unprofesional staff , the toilets in our room smelled very bad, very high price for this kind of stay, only the location was ok if you are interested in shopping, the elevator and the room card was not working properly had to try 4 to 5 times then works.

The location, Nisantasi is a very good and nice area for me the best one. The Hotel is very clean and friendly, it feels like you're at home

Not my first time here! This is probably the 5th booking at The Rooms, a very clean hotel with a great location in Nişantaşı, the staff is always great!

Very central location. Super clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. For the price it was an amazing place to stay. Felt at home.

The location and the staff were very friendly and cleanliness

The facility is old . Noisy , the elevator can take only 2 at a time which delays you and the value of money dose not worth it.

Excellent location, in the heart of Nisantasi where all shops, restaurants and coffee shops are only few meters away. The room was clean and kept everyday. Lastly and importantly, the staff were helpful and friendly, they helped us a lot during our stay and I would like to thank each and every one of them for the pleasant stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, perfectly located, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Muhammed Bey.

This was my third time staying here. It has everything you need. Clean, comfortable, with fast wifi and a great shower. And only one metro stop away from Taksim Square. The staff are also very friendly!

the location was great

Stayed for 1 week – rooms were only cleaned on a very basic level, bedsheets were never changed, and overall cleanliness was disappointing.

The staff (Latif, Mahmoud, Mohamed) is wonderful and very helpful. The location is great close to retails for shopping, close to a green park, close to the metro station, etc. We were a family of 4 persons (2 kids) and we enjoyed our stay!

The staff was always very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned daily to high standard. The location of the hotel was amazing, right at the centre of Nisantasi, off the main road, meaning the car noises were not heard. The price was very fair for the service, location, and comfort we received.

Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Very comfortable.Great shower.Friendly & helpful staff.Location is the best! Great value for money
