‏The place is close to everything, transportation and markets. The staff were cheerful and helpful in everything. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends when traveling to Türkiye.

We went into this plaice as it looked nice on booking.com. wow wat a shit hole went in dropped bags of went out found a better beutiful hotel for our stay..... wouldn't let my animal stay in thst dirty hovel

Breakfast with low-quality ingredients and an underground environment without an elevator with narrow and dark stairs that are not at all suitable for older people. Also, the environment is polluted and there are cockroaches and insects.

We had 2 rooms with 3 beds. Rooms on the 4th floor. You can see mold and fungus in the corner of the bathroom and its rotten door. The door of the room had a problem. One room had no telephone. There was no kettle, hairdryer or safe. The shower was broken. The tap was broken. The furniture in the room was very old, rotten, broken and dirty.Their young and good staff do their best to meet your needs and solve your problems, but the main problem is the old building and equipment. The location is close to the tourist attractions, but the narrow, steep and breathtaking alleys and the sound of the loudspeakers of the nearby mosques 5 times a day and night ?Also, the loud noise of the passengers in the adjacent rooms until midnight and the smell of their smoking.

very happy from what I get from this hostel with this price it is in very good area and very close to tram station the breakfast was not something special but for this price was more than enough (and come one what everyone use to eat on his house everyday )I would recommend it to friends the room was cleaning everydaybut have in mind that you get what you pay and don't expect everything perfect

Location was the main reason booking this place.Beds were comfortable.Everything was walking distance.

Hotel needs updating as rooms were not in good shape and lots of issues.Shower clips were broken so had to be used via handheld.Towels were in a bad state and worn did not feel comfortable to use them.Pillows were tatty and worn out.Electronic door handle had issues so was left open during most of the stay as no one remembered to fix it.Some staff were friendly and some that were too abrupt towards children which made it a little hostile. Would class this place a 2 star hotel apartment.

It was just a place to sleep. Had air conditioning and running water.

I booked a room with Reina Hotel but was put in another property without being told or asked. So basically the hotel lied about having a room open in Reina for my time of stay. The door looked like it was just put in and it could not be secured from the inside. Cleaning staff left my door ajar after “cleaning” two days in a row. Shower has mold or mildew growing in it. Shower is too small and has no door only a partition. When showering water runs around partition behind sink. Sink faucet is not secured to sink. Only one flush button works on the toilet. Towels are old/thin and need replaced. Water is too cool to take a shower at times when others are using hot water. The bed is too big for the room and there are scuff marks on the walls where ppl walk around the bed. Desk is too small and is broken. Refrigerator is put in closet taking up space. Safe is inside closet but is not secured to anything. No working fan in bathroom for humidity. WiFi was not password protected.

**Where to Start?**This place is a total scam. Don’t be misled by the photos—it's not worth booking as non-refundable since they won't cancel your reservation. They advertise a beautiful rooftop terrace, but it's actually just a broken area filled with trash and dust.We booked a 4-bedroom unit for 8 nights, supposedly 25m², but it was barely 16m². They crammed as many beds as possible into the room, which smelled extremely musty. We had roof leaks during rain, and the poor-quality window fell down when we opened it.The beds and pillows were dirty, and housekeeping only came three times during our stay, each time apologizing for running out of supplies. They informed us we could only request new sheets and pillowcases every 2-3 days. The cleaning was subpar, using just dirty water and a mop.Our fridge didn’t work, causing our food to spoil. We had to visit reception over ten times to request a fridge replacement, and the one they eventually provided was hardly better. The elevator was tiny—two medium-sized people couldn’t fit, and it frequently broke down.As a frequent traveler, I can honestly say I’ve never encountered a hotel this bad. Avoid this place at all costs.

the room looked like it had not been cleaned well, the shampoos were still half used from the previous client, the shower had hair. i asked for a proof of payement but they refused, asked us to pay cash only...

The location was quite good although on a very steep hill.

The rooms were dirty. Bed linen and sheets stained. The toliet was inside the shower cubicle. Didn't match the photos at all. We complained and were moved to a cleaner room in a different building but the AC didn't really work so we had no respite from the heat. Booking.com didn't help. The photos show breakfast on a rooftop where in reality in was in a dirty basement.

Very bad cleaning. Breakfast(kitchen) place is full of smell. They started working and especially drilling in walls during the time when children were sleeping. Nobody can speaks English and it was quit difficult to convey our msg.

I normally give 9 and 10 ratings. This time a generous 2. I apologise to the extremely friendly staff working there but these are the facts of our stay. Worst hotel I have ever visited in the area and we go in Fatih every year. We booked 1.5 months in advance so lack of capacity is not the excuse for the conditions we were offered. Our actual room (1201 if I remember correct) was a basement room (never mentioned during booking) and was not located in the Reina hotel but in a neighboring building. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Broken beds. Old rubbish in room and below beds. We found an old forgotten razorblade in bathroom. There was trash in backyard just in front of window. Scarce breakfast both choice and quantity. Poor hygiene - at some stage the dirty plates were stored just above the food served ... dirty tables ...

We were booked at The Reina Hotel but they accommodated us at another hotel, which is so old and not so clean.

Location and morning staff

It was my fourth stay in hotel but this time it was really disappointing, night staff are really unprofessional and not helping at all, they gave me a small room which I requested to change but never happened. Room was not comfortable at all. On my check out night staff didn’t even care to help me with luggage and when they did upon request the guy was reaction was not pleasant at all.

Perfect location in old city - 3-4 minute walk from Blue Mosque.The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean with fantastic views of Sea. The housekeeper cleaned the room every day. Rooftop terrace has nice views. Breakfast was very good. If we come back again, we will definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent.

The elevator of the hotel was too small, not for claustrophobiac persons. Also, washroom was also too small with toilet seat cover broken.

The worst hotel which you can find in those area. Property extremely dirty and poor maintained.On the bed and linen clearly visible what was happening there.. Smell of cigarets and something else was strong.Staff manager - impertinent and rude.Photos attached.

It is actually 3 hotels. So they can put you in a room that doesnt look like the pictures at all. Rust in the room. Unable to have a blanket, only got one after 2 days. They say they will bring you one but doesnt. The towels where stinky or stained.
