Absolutely like the location of the hotel- it’s located in the quite street next to the main road, next to tourist destinations, next to Boston and public transport . Also the staff of the hotel is so hospitable and kind. They are so helpful and friendly, trying to satisfy the needs of each and every guest.

Really nice hotel that is located in a quiet area but in a walking distance to main sightseeings. Staff were incredibly attentive and helped us with all the questions and requests we had. Special thank you goes to Sam, who have been there for us almost any time of the day.Something to be aware of if you have disability or travel with small kids: if you decide to walk to Galata tower, it’s just 25mins away however with a lot of hills and climbing stairs. If this is a challenge for you, consider taking a T1 train which can bring you to most of the historical places.

The hotel is in an excellent location, beautifully decorated and very clean.I would especially like to praise the hotel staff, who are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. A big shout-out to the receptionist, Habib, for his outstanding service! I highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

If you visit Istanbul, you absolutely should stay in this hotel! The kindness and attentiveness of the staff, especially Sam, were impeccable, I truly felt at home. Also the hotel is quite close to the most famous attractions in Beyoglu.

Great stuff, room was clean with a comfortable bed, the location is very convenient as well close to Tram station and close to Karaköy and Besiktas which are very nice and lively neighbourhoods.

Everything was great. Just something to notice that there is a second building next to the main building that’s doesn’t have a lift. This is outlined in hotel’s page but keep it mind in case you are not comfortable in climbing stairs.

Good overall hotel, close to Taksim Square. Clean rooms, very courteous staff & sufficient facilities.

We had hot water problems in both our rooms. Unfortunately, the issue didn’t get resolved even after the staff tended to it.The staff were professional and offered us to use another room to take a shower if we wanted to, which we didn’t take anyway. However, they escalated the issue, which hopefully will be resolved for future guests.

Hotel location really strategic. We got a room with a balcony and they have a nice view. Room very clean and all the amenities are well prepared in the room. Also staff were really helpful and friendly especially Bilal & Atik.

The location is really good!!! 5 min to the Galata Port, 10 min to Taksim Square. Sparkling clean! Very helpful and polite staff!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sam for his exceptional professionalism and care, as well as to all the other amazing staff members. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always there with open arms, constantly checking if I needed anything and even helping me with things beyond their duties. This is truly rare and deeply appreciated. The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the sea and wonderful attractions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone!

The only downside was that when booking different rooms for my family, one of the rooms was in the Annex building, which is a separate building located just 15 seconds away from the hotel. I wasn’t informed about this in advance and had to pay an additional fee to stay next to my family. This was not clarified before booking.

The service is absolutely excellent, and the staff are wonderful, all of them without exception, showing great professionalism and kindness. The place is very special with its design and location, and everything from cleanliness to attention to detail was top-notch. An outstanding experience in every way, and I highly recommend it.
