Bathroom impossible. Staff Sneaky.

The location was perfect right by the tram station. We booked the suite and had plenty of space for our 3 big luggage’s and 3 carry ons. The suits are on top floor, so we could the blue mosque from our window. They also have a rooftop. We went there to too photos with blue mosque in the background. The breakfast had plenty of options. Staff were fantastic. They gave us a map of the city on our first day and were always there to help out.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff treated us like family, the breakfast was extensive and offered something for everyone, the rooms were clean, and the location was exceptional as all the main sights were within walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this facility.

The room was clean, the hot water worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect—within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we even received a room upgrade. They greeted us with a smile when we arrived at 4 a.m. and assisted us right away. Highly recommended!

Location was wonderful, just in front of Sultanahmet Station and minutes walking from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc. The staff was very helpful and kind during my very short stay, the 24h front desk specially useful since I arrived at 1am. Great view at the terrace too, 10/10.

No major complains! The room was oddly shaped which caused some discomfort but no big deal. However, the hotel was going through renovations (maybe that’s why we got a great deal), and it made the overall feeling of the halls/lobby look unclean. The breakfast could use some labels to identify what is what, as a family from Asia we had no idea what most of the food were!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Cleanliness. Location, right next to the tram station.

We had chosen the double room with balcony, the room was clean, warm with everything we needed, it was a little small but for us it was perfect.The tram station was right below the hotel, making our visit to Istanbul easier.The staff was super polite and available for everything. They helped us with storing our luggage, explained us the tourist spots and public transportation. The breakfast was with a lot of choices and delicious.

The building was under renovation, sometimes there was noise, but understandable. The staff was very helpful and apologized several times for the inconvenience.

The location was absolutely excellent — just steps away from all the major historical attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, and most importantly, the tram station.The hotel staff were incredibly polite, respectful, and always ready to help. They frequently checked if we needed anything each time we returned to the hotel. Younes, in particular, was exceptionally kind, professional, and very helpful, and the rest of the team were just as wonderful.The breakfast was fantastic, very delicious, and offered a wide variety of options — everything you might need was available. Since we stayed during winter, we really appreciated that the room was perfectly warm, and the hot water in the shower worked flawlessly at all times.

The rooms are relatively small, but they are extremely clean and offer a beautiful view that truly makes up for the size.

Right in the heart of all the historical sites and transportation. A wonderful small hotel, everything was provided for. Breakfast was nice too, lots of local varieties. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and so helpful. We will definitely return here again, especially as the hotel is going through a small renovation! We will definitely recommend to our friends and family. We especially like to thank the kind gentleman Mr Azat, who recommended us many things to do and recommending the best restaurant in town - Ortaklar Kepap. A friendly family run restaurant that’s not a rip off! Lovely staff, (especially our waiter Mr Atilla) fresh food and great prices. We ate there throughout our entire stay. Also we would like to thank Mr Musa, who kindly assisted us during our check out. So professional and kind! A huge thank you for finding our lost hat and returning to our room! What a top service! 1. Feel the history come alive because the location is where it all happened (Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazzar, and so much more) just walking distance 2. The staff is phenomenal- Ermu, Fatih, Azat & team will go the extra mile to ensure that you have the best experience 3. Right next to T1 tram station 4. Really good breakfast 5. Wonderful rooftop terrace

Tip: if you have a choice, take the upgrade to the deluxe rooms on higher floor. You will get a much bigger bang for your buck.

Location offers easy access to many attractions. The staff were very helpful and joyful. The rooftop area is the icing on the cake with stunning views of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and sunset.

The bathroom was a little snug.

Location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. The room was a bit small but he warned us about that and gave us the option to wait longer for a bit larger room but we were tired and only staying for one night so went with the smaller room. Would stay there again. Had a early morning flight and they arranged for a driver who was there right on time.

The location was amazing! The tram station was literally just a few steps outside the front door of the hotel. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cisterns were each short walks.

Rooms were very small. Our room had a double and single bed, leaving very little room for two suitcases. The room size was listed, but I didn’t pay attention and hadn’t noted the reviews…so this was on me. The location outweighed this issue and it worked for a two night stay.

The staff were absolutely amazing…warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was small but comfortable, with air conditioning and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better right in front of the Blue Mosque. The rooftop view was simply unbeatable; you don’t need to pay for any other viewpoint to enjoy such beauty.

The only downside was that the room was quite small and some noise came from the street below, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
