Easy access to the clinic I was using

Carpet stains and bathroom toilet flush control was not mounted properly

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the view. The staff were very wonderful and helpful, especially Mr. Murat Akpinar and Mr. Gorken.

Slow in the elevator and the sound of the wind

Amazing balcony views, the location is not in tight place which is great to avoid major traffic and delays.

The cooling in the hotel is not the best. Split units faced a problem, which resulted in changing my room. Nevertheless, the air from the balcony door did the job when needed.

I chose this property because it was on the water and had an amazing bathtub with a sea view. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I really appreciate their work. I was coming into town for surgery so this was the perfect place to heal and rest.

The hotel has been a wonderful experience! Great location, with amazing views of the sea. High standard of hygiene and care, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The morning buffet is also absolutely delicious. Would recommend to families or solo travellers.

The room was fair, and the sea view was nice.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, Murad and Emre. They were consistently rude and unhelpful. Whenever we asked for assistance, their response was, “It’s not our job,” and their overall attitude toward customers was unprofessional and unfriendly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service standard expected.There is only one elevator available for guests in a 15-floor building, which causes long wait times and inconvenience. Meanwhile, there’s a separate hidden elevator designated for hotel staff that you can use.

Everything was good

I didn't like the toilet there was a kind of problem with the hot water not so much for a hotel to pay 180€ per night

The breakfast was often cold and sometimes very salty (scramble eggs) especially.

The surrouding were quite pleasant and the seaview...

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaner!! Beautiful location, very close to tasty restaurant and great shopping

The Breakfast could have been a little better, the food at times looked like it was leftovers and out of the 8 days at the hotel. orange juice was placed out only twice. It was available, but you had to ask for it.

People are polite

I really enjoyed the stay on this hotel, very clean and new with great staff, Specially Mr. Kubilay in reception with other team i don’t remember their name. This is my third time staying in this hotel and full recommend it.

Look infront of sea

They guide for cheaters taxi he charged me almost double the amount informed by the hotel

Cleaning staff were extremely good and polite. The reception desk regular staff were fantastic and helped to book taxis for our commute.

Room to improve; they should provide a weighing scale at the front reception desk for luggage upon checking out. They should also provide luggage bubble wrap service like other hotels in Sultanmete.The breakfast buffet had less variety of hot dishes from other cousins or hot simit.

The room was very good and very clean and comfortable, I like the location but you need to have a car to move.

No basement parking only outside but it's very good.

The staff were super friendly & always went above & beyond to meet our needs room service was quick & had very generous servings

The view of the dirty lake was really off putting & there was no security in the windows so I wouldn’t bring a child here.
