During my 11-day stay at the Grand Abimo Hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and amazing breakfast served at the 6th-floor canteen. The alfresco dining setup allowed me to savor my breakfast while soaking in the mesmerizing sea view and the pleasant sounds of the Marmaray metro. The location of the hotel is superb, surrounded by gardens on two sides and conveniently close to the sea. Its proximity to the Marmaray metro station and bus station made commuting effortless and being near the Olivium outlet center saved me valuable time for shopping. Overall, my experience was enhanced by the hotel's excellent location and amenities. Every aspect of my visit was exceptional, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience.

During my stay at the hotel, while I had a generally pleasant experience, there is a one suggestion from me, I prefer to add a eastern toilets for the bathroom. Addressing these issues would certainly enhance the overall guest experience.

Old hotel, noisy room, windows, absolutely noisy bed.The window was broken uncleaned. Bathroom old and broken. And the last negative thing was the smell of room which was absolutely bad for those who didn’t smoke. Couldn’t sleep the first night.

The hotel is located on the perimeter of Istanbul, just outside the old fortifications. The good news is that public transportation is excellent so very handy. Also close to a shopping centre and solid selection of restaurants and shops.Breakfast was modest but about what I’d expect for the money.

Frankly, the hotel has seen better days. The bed was comfortable, but furniture showed obvious wear and tear. The tv had no signal and the shower head was broken, spraying water in assorted directions. The apartment window didn’t close correctly… and carpets would deserve a good shampoo.

The breakfast was fair, the staff were friendly.

The facilities were very old and somehow damaged. The room was very noisy due to weak insulation of the windows.

The manager was very helpful and tried to make arrangements, but responses such as "all the safety boxes are broken, we've ordered new ones but they haven't arrived yet" were not only unhelpful but also seemed dishonest. The neighbourhood is cool, there is a mall very close where we can find several restaurants. The view from the rooftop is quite beautiful.

The photos on the booking site did not accurately represent the actual hotel. Initially, we were given a very dirty room. After one night, we were moved to a better room, but it still did not match the description provided. The room lacked a safety box, it was not soundproof, and the window hardly closed, making it hard to sleep, we could hear the cars passing by. There was no minibar, and the small fridge was broken. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain, and the breakfast offered was very basic. Overall, the room did not meet the specifications listed

Mehmet, the receptionist was very kind to us, but otherwise...we received torn towels, the cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired, the ladies who serve the food at breakfast are rude and what bothered me the most is that smoking is allowed in the room it serves breakfast and the ladies allow it. My child inhaled cigarette smoke while eating, which is not okay.

To be honest I did not like anything about. Only one person was a decent and the rest was very rude and disrespectful !!

Bed sheets + pillows and duvet sheets was very dirty and smelly! Night stuff was very very rude and disrespectful!

The accommodation was good, the hotel is small and comfortable, Mehmed on the reception helped me with all my questions and with my luggage.

The worst hotel stay I ever had in my life.Bad elevators, dirty room with a hidden weird door inside. I felt ashamed for having my mom with me in such dirty environment. I would not give it even one star.

The hotel is in good location close to all amenities.Very clean and tidy.the staff are amazing very polite.and professional.and very helpful.Specially Mohammad very polite helpful so friendly and always smile always offering help.I have a wonderful experience. I will recommend to every one to go there.
