The photos are like the rooms in the hotel. Decent rooms. Comfortable bed.

The breakfast was poor, there is no variety of food served. They bathroom was not cleaned well.

Suited my schedule and needs. Excellent breakfast.

Windows did not block outside traffic and busy street noise. Did not serve alcohol. Unnecessary security measures (in my opinion).

We spent 4 nights here on business and I must say everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination. As for the room, it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip.

We liked the rooms and the shops near the hotel. And the metro stop which was near the hotel very convenient

Breakfast was not nice there was hardly anything there that our kids liked could of been better with a little more options of foodWhen the lemon juice was finished no one topped it up . Kids didn't eat breakfast because there was nothing that they liked

I was with my family there. Good location, except for the noise from the motorway at night. cleaning worked well. We enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast ok.

The location was very good and near of everything. The staff was helpful.

There is no balcon.Some retouching in the room to be done.

No Air Condition in rooms...they say only heater.. Same Breakfast NOT SUITABLE for Vegetarians. Only Cheese Meat & Kellogg's...Totally disappointed

Where do I start! the room was very small, also very loud like you’re sleeping on the sidewalk, breakfast was absolutely disgusting, we had to spend more money to buy breakfast every day and the staff is so unprofessional not willing to help they keep giving excuses and lies. All what they want is money, money and more money the do nothing if you don’t pay them. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN FOR FREE.

Nothing!!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!!It was the worst hotel I've ever lived in and the administration I've had to deal with. Please avoid this hotel as much as possible! A lot of noise from the street, because there is a highway nearby. The windows don't close. You practically need to sleep with the noise outside, and it is huge. We were in the quietest room, which made it impossible to sleep because of the noise from outside. The administration did nothing. We paid 450 euros, two days later we moved to another hotel, because we couldn't stand it anymore. I am sorry that we did not receive the money we paid or at least for the 7 days we didn't stay, or at least something. These are thieves, stay away from them! The breakfast is terrible, when we arrive at 8.30am. was almost empty. And in general, it is not worth paying any money for such a breakfast - there is nothing to eat. I hope that the administration, after stealing 400 euros, became rich and will be able to replace the windows in the entire hotel!!!!! There was no response to our request to return at least part of the money. This is the most horrible and disgusting hotel in this region. Stay away and never stay at this hotel!!!!! NEVER!!!! Not worth 1 euro per night!!!!!! Have a nice day thieves!!!!!!!! We moved out two days later and in the booking system they still showed that we were there for the whole 9 days. Disgusting cheaters!!!! And it is really unclean place! Stay away from this hotel!!!! Never book and don't have anything in common with those greedy people!!!!! Thieves!

my room was clean and warm in the freezing weather

don’t like anything, very rude staff not helpful at all. with children never stay again, overcharged with wrong exchange rate.

we paid money for stay its not free, no cleanness at all, rooms and bathrooms are not clean. not suitable for family
