The overall stay was disappointing. The room was not very clean — there was visible dust on the windows, and the bed was not comfortable. The room itself is very small, much thinner than expected.In the photos, the hotel looks like it has an Ottoman-style design, but in reality the furniture is just very old. The furniture actually makes the room feel even smaller and more uncomfortable.The worst part is the lack of sound insulation. You can clearly hear your neighbors in the next room even if they are just speaking normally, which makes it hard to rest.Breakfast is served on the rooftop and the view is nice, but the breakfast itself is very basic.Overall, the hotel is cheap, but the quality is even cheaper. You are mainly paying for the good location, not for comfort or quality.

Very centrally located and breakfast was a charm with rooftop terrace view of the sea.

It has a very nice view from the balcony over the bosphorus and it is very well located near the main tourist spots. The reception staff was also very accommodating.

Good hotel, a bit outdated but the location is unbeatable. The rooms are not very big but enough for a day or two.

The breakfast was very poor and lacked variety.

The hotel has an excellent location – everything is within easy reach, yet the area is very quiet with no disturbance. The airport bus stop is conveniently close, and the nearby tram provides quick access to many parts of Istanbul.

Nice and clean room.

Only one elevator, I need to use the elevator because I have luggage to go down, but theres a cleaning material there. At first theres a personnel that going down with the cleaning material so I said you can go down first and as the elevator came back the cleaning materials are still there.

Service was excellent, tasty & nice breakfast, comfortable bedding & staff was really great & flexible, at room everything was functional and in good shape. We also found parking right away in front of the building.

The location is super, the room was cute, and they include a very nice breakfast on the roof.

Excellent Location and Outstanding Service.We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and always available to assist. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Our stay included a delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which was a great start to the day. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to book city excursions directly through the hotel. Although our stay was short, we truly enjoyed it and look forward to returning in the future.

the reception staff were not that forthcoming regarding any information . the restaurants in the surrounding area Sultanahmet are tourist trap. Food wise Hamdi near spice bazaar and smaller places near the Bosporus are good and also much cheaper. Istanbul has become a very expensive city with tickets to Topkapi being 100 dollars for two. also there are no discounts for under 18. on the brighter side if you happen to go in spring do not miss the Gulhane park which had a beautiful tulip garden.

Location, hospitality, helpful and good service, great breakfast, free tea and Turkish coffee anytime, comfortable and clean room! Value = Price?

Property location was amazing and the view from the restaurant is amazing! Staff at the front desk was phenomenal!

Did not have early check in and we were stuck in the rain for about 5 hours until room was ready.

Great location, a couple of blocks from the big sights of Istanbul. Many restaurants.

Smoking in the building or just outside. The room smelled all the time and made us nauseous.

The hotel is really in a nice position to walk around and the stuff is really warm and welcoming. It was missing one side of the blackout curtain so at 7 I already had the sun on my face and it is not sound proof: the cleaning lady was redoing the room next to mine at 7:30 am, impossible to sleep. If someone was showering or flushing the water you would hear in your room

Very nice boutique hotel close to Haha Sophia Masjid. Helpful staff and clean and nice place.

The restaurants near were overcharging whereas you can find better food options if you walk to the down town area

Parking is overpriced and they wanted cash.At 9.30 there weren’t any eggs and they packed the food at 9.40.

It is close to Hagia Sofia.

It was really cold in the room. When we arrived in the night window was opened and outside tempriture was 2C and in the room 17C ?. Air condition was not working for heating. Very old furniture. Breakfast very basic.
