Location is perfect/

There was very very small window only into air well, noisy at night, the room is dark all over the day that is why is not comfortable. It should be some information regarding such things at the moment of reservation.

The staff were very kind, very helpful. Thank you Enes for your support and for the tea and coffee.

When I arrived the street was closed from the government no car can enter and i had to carry all my luggage. The street closes every day at certain hours.

Reception Enes was fantastic. The room cleaning was daily and superb. Very friendly staff who help in every opportunity.

Enes, Okan and another one are amazing receptionists. Very helpful. Other staffs for housekeeping, restaurant are wonderful too. The room is clean, convenient, and very close to many historical places. We can even easily pray in Sultanahmet or Hagia Sopia masjids. Delicious restaurants are just nearby.In short, the hotel is highly recommended.

The location was perfect and walking distance to many sites in Sultanahmet.

Hotel was dirty, mold in the bathroom, mattresses had lumps Staff were polite but everything was in the search of tips. We had a leak in our bathroom from the floor above and had to be relocated, the porter was looking for a tip to move luggage one room over.

Enes was absolutely wonderful and helpful. He made our trip to Istanbul very pleasant. We felt like we were staying with good friends. The location is excellent and the rooms are clean. Great breakfast

It was everything great! Okan and Enes are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the rooms clean. Location is perfect, very close to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. I definitely recommend this hotel .

Internet connection "Room 2" dropped many times

Quiet room (209) despite being near to the alley way. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to restaurants and public transport although walking distance to many attractions. The hotel manager was nice and friendly, the staff were very helpful.

All the staff especially Enes were amazing, so helpfull and wellcoming. Location is perfect.

The room looked and felt old. Bed was not comfortable and we got single beds and not double or queen

Location is excellent. The room decor is very nice and it is very clean.The Breakfast room had a nice view of the city and the breakfast is extensive.

The noise from the restaurant on the street below was a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.
