The breakfast quality was disappointing. The plates and spoons were not clean, and the variety of food offered was very poor. Additionally, if you arrive later for breakfast, most of the food is already gone, and the staff does not replenish the items. The reception guys for morning session were very friendly. But they cleaned room every day.

The rooms were old not the same as at photos. The spa was not operating.

I liked the location, the staff, it was clean, the only thing I would like to add is that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which created some discomfort. I will rate it positively and I would be happy to stay here again.

No breakfast that was promised. and bad Wi Fi. they disconnected the Wi Fi to save money since there were not many guest in the hotel. Same goes to breakfast, because the hotel was empty they did not serve a good breakfast. Staff were great through.Also, they do not have their own parking.

It was a wonderful stay and very comfortable. The hotel was extremely clean, and the location is really, really, really amazing. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I was a bit worried before arriving, but everything exceeded my expectations. This definitely will not be my last stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Jaff Hotels Nişantaşı.The hotel and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The service was complete and excellent, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially the reception team.One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its very close proximity to the metro, which makes getting around Istanbul very easy.The rooms have plenty of wardrobe and storage space, which is perfect if you plan to do a lot of shopping.We stayed in a Superior Room, and the room size was comfortable and well designed. The window opens easily, allowing you to enjoy the fresh and pleasant Istanbul air, which was a really nice touch.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is near Usman bey near Metro station which is a convenient location. All Staff including reception and all were very good and caring about needs to guests. Bed and mattress was comfortable. They provide kettle and coffee and tea Breakfast is also good. The hotel provides a gym and spa facility which is also a plus point. Receptionists are so cooperative that they even arranged a cab for us to airport who charged according to the meter and no added amount.

Rooms have a wooden floor but are not like a star hotel room. I will say rooms are like a 2 star hotel. The view outside the hotel is very normal showing a busy road. The hotel is on the street so it is a little noisy. Washbasin is very small. The bathroom is separate to the toilet and very small. Personally my family did not like the room.

Comfortable hotel, central location close to metro, many cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff is very friendly and professional

Great location, I've stayed here 4 times when Ive come to Istanbul. Quick walk to the main streets in Sisli with lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes. Very safe neighborhood I go out alone at night and never any worries. The staff here are Amazing, the front desk guys are the best. The spa ladies and the cleaners are super friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Istanbul. Also there is a great smash burger joint right next door and 3 really good Doner and Kebab places right across the street.

i booked a double bed room and got one small bed.also there was never hot water.

Locations was amazing and easy access to Main Street was a plus .

Staffs were so friendly and mainly you could see smile on their faces .

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with my stay at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.❌ Room Misrepresentation and Quality Issues• Misleading Photos: The pictures of the room on the booking website (Booking.com) are highly inaccurate and misleading. The actual room quality is significantly lower.• Dirty Floor: The floor of the room was notably dirty.• Refusal to Change Room: When we requested to change our room due to the poor condition, we were told there were no other available rooms, which was very unhelpful.• Bathroom Configuration & Flooding: The shower water leaked significantly out of the bathroom and onto the room floor, causing flooding. The bathroom itself was poorly designed, consisting of two separate, small compartments: one with only the bathtub/shower, and the other with only the sink and toilet.• Rough Towels: The towels provided were very rough and poor quality.? Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior• Water Issue: We arrived late at night when local shops were closed. When we asked for drinking water, the staff initially claimed they had no water available. It was only after we questioned how a hotel could not have water and mentioned writing a review on Booking.com that they finally provided some.• Refusal to Assist with Food: We asked the staff for help with ordering food online to the hotel, and they flat-out refused to assist us.• Attempt to Influence Review: On the second day, after I requested to speak with the manager, he called me and offered to change our room to a "better one" ONLY IF I would write a good review for them on Booking.com. I refused this unethical offer.Conclusion: This hotel has major issues with room quality and their staff exhibited unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Only the location was good. I can't find any other positive aspects to introduce here! The staff try to be nice, but actually they were faking if you ask me!

It was the worst experience that I have ever had in my life related to hotel accommodation. You had to go for breakfast at the latest at 8:00 to have bread and tea, otherwise you would miss the tea and bread. The coffee machine was not working. You could barely find a worker to ask for help during breakfast, and once we asked for help, they behaved very rudely as if it was my mistake that they didn't have facilities. The dishes were wet and dirty. The elevator's sensor on our floor was broken, and it closed the door when I was entering and hit my arm, which hurt a lot.

The location was good, close to metro & bus stations, staff very friendly, free hammam usage, steam & classic sauna available.

The cabinet above the sink, although helpful to put your things in, made it difficult to wash your teeth and face, as it was hanging over the sink and you had to take care not to hit your head when washing.
