The location is close to all shops, train station. Staff was very helpful.

There was bad odor in bathroom and have to keep the door closed. I would rate the hotel as 2.5 start.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The room is clean, there is a kitchen, all utensils, a stove. We got a room with a bedroom and a living room. Plus the kitchen. The room is warm - the air conditioner is turned on. The view of the strait from the windows is pleasant in the evening. Two steps from the metro stop. There are shops nearby. I really liked it!

Only location but also very hard to go down or up its not easy for kids or old person

The apartment was wonderful, very clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated that the host patiently waited for us despite our late flight, and he welcomed us with a smile while giving us a tour of the place. The living room and one bedroom have air conditioning, and all the necessary amenities are provided. The neighborhood is calm and convenient, with restaurants, shops, a small supermarket, and even sandwich and pizza spots nearby. Great location overall and definitely worth the money.

Everthing is good, location and staff are excellent, and it is clean and good place

You feel little bit wet air in the room

Location of the property is really nice, all tourist attractions on the European side are within walking distance. Parking is just across the property, and we managed to get a solid price of 10 EUR/day

Cleanliness was the first thing that bothered us. Everything except the bed sheets was under a big question mark. At the end, we cleaned the apartment by ourselves. The furniture is old and neglected, and communication with the staff is hard due to communication issues. Besides that, they were OK. Shame for this property, it has a lot of potential with minor effort in maintenance and cleanliness.

Location was near all attractions

Bed wasn't cleanThere was mold in cabinet in washroom and you can smell fungus everywhere. On our second day there was no water to wash or clean. We paid for penthouse suite however it was very small no lighting not comfortable. Building very old needs renovation. They cleaned our room 1 time after asking for that.

A good location! Near the Metro and in a lovely neighbourhood. A short walk to the Galata tower and a short metro ride to the main tourist spots.The hosts were nice as well.

It was filthy!! Really do not reccommed staying here because of this. The bathroom had other people’s hair in it when we arrived and the bed smelt like people had slept in it. There was also a drawer with rotting fruit in the kitchen. Also the road outside is very noisy and the curtains are not good.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times I had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach everything. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The view was amazing.

I tried to contact them beforehand three times to ensure they had a baby crib available but they just didn’t reply to my messages so I had to get booking.com to liaise directly instead. They promised a cot would be available but when we arrived late with our baby nothing was there. I asked and he brought a crib it but it didn’t have a base, so there was so support for the baby to lie in and it was filthy! Many other things were broken or dirty and the decking was downright dangerous. There were rotten and broken boards which you could easily have tripped on etc.

The hotel is excellent and very wonderful. I am a frequent traveler and I highly recommend it. I visit Istanbul a lot and I found all the advantages in it, from the location, good service, value for money and good reception.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better—it's close to all the main attractions, making it super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, with everything well-maintained and fresh. Plus, the price was perfect for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

It's not about the hotel, but the area is rather steep so keep that in mind if you wanna book

the location and view were amazing…we got the higher floor so loved the view. staff was helpful! We had taken the basic room on the ground floor earlier but later on upgraded to the superior room because of the view. lift was available which is a plus in Turkey. also location was near from Tahsim square. also while going downhill there’s a great breakfast stall- sandwich maker, who stands on the corner towards the train stop.

the property is located in the middle of a slope, this is the only small negative point. but still I would come again coz it’s a cozy area. not crowded. and very near from the sea

Perfect location, nice staff and good rooms.

The rooms are a little bit dark but otherwise comfortable and cozy.

Only the location and the view

This was a HUGE SCAM! Stay away! When we arrived the building hadn’t electricity and the owner said that the electricity would come in 2 hours. The electricity NEVER CAME and we stayed the whole night without electricity, heat and we couldn’t charge our phones! Also the room wasn’t like the pictures. The kitchen was different and old. The windows were broken, the floor was damaged and the door ready to collapse. Very dirty and not at all like the posts.We paid them in cash, they didn’t gave us a receipt, they fooled us and they never apologised! Huge disappointment. They also said at booking app that we didn’t came to the reservation!

No breakfast.But everything is close by.The location is superb.Staff very friendly although only one of them speaks English.They helped us unload our heavy suitcases when we arrived at night, and same when we departed.If I do come again to Istanbul,will definetly stay there again.The price we paid was very very cheap compared to everything else in the neighbourhood.The view from our 5th floor room was truly fantastic!The room was HUGE and spacious.Excellent!!Highly recommended.

The view from the penthouse and the sun deck was really great.

The view was probably worth it but the hotel is very very shabby. especially the bathrooms.

Good thing is about this location at we found good places of food. And very close by with the Taskim square.

For staying with family this place is nice and comfortable, I didn't found and issues over there.
