The staff, the breakfast, the spa.

The bathtub was way too high and dangerous to get in and out of.

The rooftop in the hotel is unique. The atmosphere and view at sunset are simply stunning. We had dinner twice at the rooftop and the food was delicious. Bedrooms are clean and well maintained.

I returned to this property after 15 years, and I was genuinely impressed to see that it has been maintained just as beautifully as when it was first built. Everything was perfect — the breakfast was very good, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the overall management was excellent. The location is outstanding, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the staff, Mehmet was so kind and helpful. Everyone was always willing to answer any questions and help with getting transportation. The staff was amazing and made this a phenomenal stay. The location of the hotel was great, the rooms and spa were very clean and comfortable, and much roomier than expected!

Being on the first floor was a little loud due to the noises outdoor, however this is not the staff or facilities fault, just the taxi drivers being loud!

Incredible service from the welcoming and warm staff. The location is wonderful, walkable to main attractions in Sultanahmet as well the boats. The room was clean and spacious (rare in Istanbul), with great shower, comfortable mattress and good toiletries. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for tourists in Istanbul.

This was my first time visiting Istanbul, and the hotel’s location was excellent in the heart of Sirkeci very close to the tram and metro stations, within walking distance of major attractions such as Aya Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, and also close to the sea and boat cruises.The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and they spoke English very well. During rainy days, they kindly offered us free umbrellas, which showed great care for their guests.The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the kitchen staff greeted us every morning with a warm smile. The hotel also offers complimentary drinks for guests.The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping maintained the room neatly throughout our entire stay. Hot water was always available.At the evening after long days of walking and sightseeing around Istanbul, we spent a wonderful and relaxing time at the spa. The Turkish bath and sauna were excellent and hot. The spa also includes a jacuzzi and a swimming pool with a pleasant temperature, as well as massage services and Turkish bath options. The services were truly outstanding.Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and positive atmosphere that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The street noise during the day, but it becomes quiet after midnight.

Reception could use an update

Great location with easy access to multiple restaurants, public transportation, souvenir shops and historical sites such as Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Gulhane Rose Garden/Park, etc.

A very spacious room, with a balcony overlooking the street. Very close to restaurants and all the tourist destinations. It has a delicious rooftop restaurant.

Breakfast could have been better.

Spacious room, clean. Very good location, 15 min walk to the grand bazaars. Many restaurants and shops near by. Rooftop restaurant on the top floor.

Location was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone from reception through to the breakfast waiters were friendly, efficient and wanting to assist us in any way needed.

We were on the 6th floor, just under the restaurant on the roof top. The restaurant is not run by the Hotel, and one night they changed their barrels at 12am! We recorded it as it was so loud and played it to the Receptionist. He was very apologetic and passed our complaint on to the restaurant. I would happily return to the Hotel, but would request not to stay on the 6th floor.

The location was the best Short walk to the waterfront and a little longer to all the historic landmarks . Close to the tram station Tip do use trams .traffic is very heavy and taxis take time .Lovely restaurant on terrace with harbour view The rools were comfortable and very modern . The hotel externally does not look very impressive but interiors are good .a great spa in the basement with a smallish pool .The service and staff is great Breakfast is excellent with a spread of cheese and cold meats apart from hot dishes Will stay again

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and wonderful staff! They were very helpful during our stay and even after! Fantastic team! The hotel itself is very conveniently located, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transportation stops. We didn't have time to use the pool and hammam, although they were recommended. The hotel has an incredible restaurant with a fantastic terrace with a beautiful view. On the day of our arrival, we had dinner with a gorgeous view and a great DJ set right on the hotel rooftop. It was delicious, beautiful, and very atmospheric! Good breakfasts! Comfortable beds. Thank you for a wonderful time. The rooms are certainly not very new, but that has its own charm.

When we arrived at this centrally located hotel, we were greeted by Mert who then proceeded to help us plan our entire stay in Istanbul! From restaurant suggestions to itineraries and a transit card, he was instrumental in our enjoyment of the city. He and the rest of the staff made this hotel stand out for the personalized treatment of its guests. We also loved how quiet it was in our room, despite being right in the historic area. We enjoyed a meal on the top floor terrace and loved the extensive breakfast each day.
