Tuzla Garden Hotel & Spa

The nice staff we have met. Clean hotel Deserves 5 stars Thanks to Beyza one of the nice team in the hotel

The rooms were so cutely decorated and the location was amazing. I loved the garden of the hotel - an absolute gem in the middle of Tuzla.

Cute hotel! In the middle of restaurants and cafes! Near the mall and shops. Walking distance to corniche! Just lovely livable location. The staff are nice and helpful! Shoutout to Harun, a very helpful supportive person! Thanks for the peaceful stay ?

The cozy, homey feeling and fresh dot staff attitude that made me feel welcome, specially Ms. Merue

Very clean and nice location Nice breakfast Personal is very helpful especially thanks to mr Mehmet in reception

Very good value for money. Nice room, high cleaning standard. Good location if you don't have a car (which I didn't) as parking could be a problem. But it is well placed very close to the seaside with plenty of restaurants. Apparently one can also dine in this hotel but I didn't. I rarely eat in the hotel where I stay so this is not because food wouldn't be good here. I used the wellness. The sauna was great but the hamam was either not functioning or simply not powered on so I couldn't use it.

I did not find a price list in the room for the mini bar nor for the wellness treatments. That could be fixed easliy and possibly convince people to use these services.

Great location. Clean room.Thank you Beyza, for your kindness!

excellent staff at reception, especially Belza

access a bit complicated for taxi

I really enjoyed my stay after a real stressy flight. Thanks for the extreme friendly welcome at the reception. It felt good. The room was spacious and very clean. I enjoy the time at the SPA in the sauna - everything clean. And I want to mentioned overall the friendly stuff. Thank you so much.

This is one of the best hotels in Tuzla. The staff are so professional. I liked the breakfast it was delicious and included many different choices of food.

I didn’t like the furniture

Small Parkind area

Nice welcome, nice calm location close to the sea walk, got a suite with a balcony, in-house spa and great Bali massage !

a bit oldfashioned facilities (and small shower)

This was our second stay in this place and the hotel is amazing in everything. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff is so friendly and warm, always smiling, special thanks to Beyza, she’s amazing!

Everything was very beautiful, starting with the brothers at the reception (I think her name was Beza, as well as Mohammed and Haroun), the calm and comfort, and the garden inside the hotel was relaxing. I felt as if I was in my home. I will definitely come back again.

Everything was very beautiful,

Very clean, nice location, best breakfast ever. Also thank you Beyza for your great service!Nice room with view (suite 602)

The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Staff are very friendly.

During my stay, I was impressed by the exceptional quality of the establishment. The rooms were impeccably clean, reflecting meticulous maintenance. The staff, especially Ms. Beyza at the reception, were extremely welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for its particular attention to hygiene and its commitment to ecological sustainability. An experience worth repeating without hesitation

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is near restaurants and sea.

Beyze at reception is awesome. Friendly and helpful as always. I also liked the size of my room. Nice and spacious.

Every item of furniture in the room is uncomfortable. Sofa, bed, desk chair and other chairs, every one of them terrible.

The receptionist was awsome, Beyza is a 10.0 + for her hospitality and service mind, spa and massage was very good, Hanna exceptional
