I arrived tired and I didn't have the energy to fight the front desk person for giving me a dirty room with no toiletries, no fridge, no phone, dirty sheets, unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I talked to them in the morning and nothing done.

Location is great. Hotel is very good for the price they charge.

The staff was soooo nice! They helped us with bringing the luggage upstairs, helped us with the parking situation. Gave us a souvenir at the end. I was impressed from their service. The room was nice and comfortable.

The elevator was very small and there were ants in the room every day and the cleanliness was not good

The hotel room was nothing like in the pictures. Towels and bed sheets were dirty. The staff was not really helpfull about our situation. Our room was not ready on our arrival and we were asked later on to change rooms .

The staff were so kind and friendly. Also, breakfast was amazing: you can try Turkish breakfast in the hotel including hotel fee.

Toilet paper wasn’t prepared on the first day but on the next day, toilet paper was put on the holder. AND, it had a lot of hair on the floor at the first day.

Not clean there is bugs in the room we changed the room and still i back sick me and my friend went to treatment as bugs bites was so bad

Room is very narrow, bathroom sink was old and very low, no wardrobe in a room.

Location and breakfast are really good.

Toilet had bad smell, stuff told us they will show us parking place after arrival, and it is stated on the site of hotel that it is 10e per day, yet after arrivel no one showed parking place , and it was 15e per day.

All employees are distinguished in their work and treatment Also, the ryokan dishes are very good and there are no problems or shortcomings My sincere thanks go to the brothers working at the reception Also, the cook and kitchen worker are in good spirits

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city! During my stay, I unfortunately injured my ankle, but Mustafa at the reception went above and beyond to assist and support me. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for both its convenience and exceptional service!

This was probably the most horrible place I have ever stayed in, and I'm saying this as someone who spends 3 months out of the year staying in hotels, so I have seen a lot already. The strong smell of MOLD mixed with smell of chemicals was extreme. It was so horrendous that after spending only 1.5 hour in the room (with the window wide open!) my throat was irritated for the next few hours. I returned back in the evening and didn't bother to sleep in the hotel for more than 2-3 hours before I finally bailed. I had to sleep next to a wide open window (while it was freezing outside!) otherwise I'd choke on the smell of mold and cleaning chemicals. The smell was still unbearable even with the window wide open, and I was worried this could affect my health long-term if I stayed there longer. The bathroom was FULL OF BLACK MOLD, and there was no body wash or shampoo. Seriously, no soap provided for this price per night? The pillows were covered in hair, and the whole room was disgustingly filthy. The room was tiny, filthy and depressing, like someone died there. It didn't look like the photos on Booking.com at all. I don't understand how this property has a rating of 7! ? Please don't stay here if you value your health, this place should be shut down!

Very good location in the city, 5-10min walk can be reach all the tourist places, like palace. Luch was also possible. Nice receptions.

The room was smaller a bit than expected, less chance to put the clothes.

No complaints at all with the room, staff or location. Location very central, area pleasant and safe. Staff just great, really nice and helpful. Room good size and well maintained for price we paid.

Just one not actual complaint, but more a suggestion. Breakfast was mostly styled for Turkish. Lots of things available but very little of what we normally are used to, except chopped sausages, scrambled eggs and some cheese.

The staff are really nice and very helpful, breakfast was every morning more than nice and location of hotel is really good . I recommend this hotel .

It was near to public transportation and to many attractions

It wasn't clean, the staff was entering our room when we weren't there, without a permission, when they cleaned they didn't change the towels and in general they weren't very professional. The bathroom wasn't very clean, the toilet was dirty inside. Also there wasn't enough space you could barely walk. We also saw them open someone else's luggage when they weren't there (they had left them in the building to take the later).

The hotel has an excellent location, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the 24-hour reception was a great feature, allowing for late check-in after midnight.

The room was very small, offering little space to move around. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in mold issues, which was quite unpleasant. Clean towels were only provided upon request, and even after the used ones were collected, no replacements were offered automatically. The breakfast was very poor, with limited variety..Last but not least, both the hotel and Booking.com charged the reservation amount, causing an overpayment. Despite over a month passing, I still have not received a refund.
