Not very clean

It’s not the same one that exist in the pictures No room service which means no room cleaning

Location is great for transit travelers - it's close to the havaist bus that is in operation 24 hours. Room is a bit old, but ok in general. Staff is friendly.

I liked the staff as they were very friendly. The location was perfect for me and easy to navigate to all the areas I wanted to go.

The only complaint I have is the breakfast. The served the same think everyday witch was boiled eggs. I think if they had to just change it up a bit and have more options it would have been great like the other hotels I stayed at (3 star also). Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Simply the worst hotel I have stayed in. We booked for 2 nights but stayed just one as we couldnt stand the uncleanliness and ickyness. We arrived very late (or rather very early morning) after a delayed flight and noticed a few things were off but we were too tired to deal with it immediately. There were stains on the pillowcases, towels were worn out, bedsheets and blankets were not clean. The blankets were also just folded up at the end of the beds (unlike the standard housekeeping upkept) and toilet is dirty. I complained in the morning and yes we were offered a different room but we were already felt disgusted as we should not have been given a dirty room in the first place and it just reflects the general uncleanliness of the hotel. No apology was given and at one point I was also being asked to speak to housekeeping???? Like really??!!! Its beyond me how this is a 3 star hotel and of course I was refused a refund for the one night that I did not use.

The bed is very comfortable as I saw other people saying here. The location is good because there is train and bus stop very close. The room was big and complete with wardrobe, desk and TV (but without streaming app)

When I saw this hotel, is was showing they had free shuttle from the airport. When I completed the booking, this information just disappeared and the staff told me they don not have this service, but I am completely sure is was showing here before the booking, Also, even tough I selected the option to pay at the property, they deducted one night from my credit card even before I reach the hotel, without informing me first. The breakfast was very very simple, not many food option. And they take to long to reply your questions

The location is good, the maintenance worker is great and his service is excellent.

I stayed in the hotel for a week. Once the room was cleaned, they checked the soap and did not provide me with towels. They do not care about the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is good. This hotel is for one or two days, no more.

The staff are polite and very helpful. The location is excellent, just few steps from metro, tram and bus stop going to/from Istanbul Airport. There are lots of shops and restaurant around and fronting a park

The hotel is a bit old with minimal amenities. The shower and toilet are a bit squeeze.

Staff are kind and extremely helpful, they went above and beyond to help me. I came from airport having to have lost my luggage. They guided me with finding clothing store, pharmacy. Just kid people!!! Hands down most humane hospitality!

Everything was as expected as far as the hotel but the staff help made this hotel stay extraordinary for me.

The location is very good I normally go there, the staff is good and friendly , but it’s 3 stars don’t expect more than that
