- Guys, this is a nightmare. The noise from the windows, which face the road, is horrible. The problem must be that the windows don't close completely. It's very noisy. If your room faces the road with endless noise you won't be able to sleep. I earned fatigue instead of rest. I recommend you replace the windows or repair the mechanism for closing them.
- Electricity did not work with door card, had to ask each time I went in room for it to be put on , which was really frustrating. After first time it happened I thought it would have been fixed. Breakfast basic but included in price. Plenty of local places to get better breakfast.
- The employees should be bilingual it was very difficult communicating with them. The Wifii keeps going on and off

Location to CNR expo centre
The reception staff hardly speak english. Less option for vegeterian breakfast. House keeping not good. The beds were worst and dirty.
First of all I would like to thank the staff that they are really helpfull! If you need something it will be dealt with. They even check by the phone if the matter as been resolved. The rooms are very clean and towels replaced everyday. The rooms are being serviced everyday, so it feels like you are in new room everyday.
The breakfast could of been better, but I understand it is still covid and no buffet.

they lied about having a gym and pool and tried scamming us 600 euro for an extra night because we arrived a bit earlier. we let the hotel know we would be a bit earlier and they said they’d accommodate us but when we sat down trying to figure out what we can do because we didn’t have 600 euro to spend for a single night they told us to get out

The light is so dim, cannot work properly since I came for work here. Also, the room has distinked smell.
