The pick up car from the airport was so bad! And informed the reception once i arrived, expected a refund or at least a discount in the way back but unfortunately didnt happen

This is my 4th stay at this hotel! The location is perfect just 1 min walk towards Istikalal street near both metro and bus stations. All the staff are so friendly especially Mr. Eşref, Musa and Ayhan. The food is so delicious and varied.

Amazing location 1 min from istiklal street. The room was so clean and cozy. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing. The staff were so kind and smiling. Ayhan and Gözde at breakfast made us feel at home. The breakfast is full of different options but a lot of sweets. Although the hotel was in a live area, surprisingly it was so quiet at night. I strongly recommend it and I will be visiting Mukarnas Taksim again and again.

The TV in our room wasn't working. We asked for maintenance but they said it can't be fixed soon. We stayed for five nights and during that time they couldn't fix it. Otherwise the air-conditioning and fridge were working perfectly.

this is my second time in mukarnas everything was perfect starting from Ahmed from the reception, Cahide the house keeping team and the lovely Gozde from the restaurant and her colleague. definitely will always be my choice in Istanbul.

The only minor note I have is that the pillows in the room were uncomfortable. The hotel’s location, just steps away from Taksim Square, is perfect for exploring Istanbul, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport.A special thank you to Ahmed at the reception, along with the rest of the front desk team, who were incredibly helpful, professional, and insightful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond for us, especially when we had an issue with our taxi to the airport — they handled the situation smoothly and made sure everything was sorted, which we truly appreciated.Our room was spotless and very well maintained, thanks to the wonderful lady Ayten, who did an excellent job keeping everything clean, fresh, and comfortable every day.The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The service from the waiters was top-notch — attentive, polite, and always with a smile.Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend Mukarnas Taksim Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We will definitely be coming back!

Location was extremely in middle of taksim, but in a very quiet lane which was good. Room was clean. Staff was good. Breakfast was excellent. Aydan and Guzhan( i think this was her name) they both were very nice and polite during breakfast. Loved the stay.

Nice place and nice people. Ayhan and Gozde served the best breakfasts. Cahide gave nice room services. Good location at Taksim square.

The location is amazing , clean , good room size , delicious breakfast , Ayhan & Gozde were taking care & very attentive to provide a good service during breakfast time .

The pillows not very comfortable .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the city center, which made exploring very easy. The reception team was extremely helpful, especially with organizing taxis and making sure everything ran smoothly.Breakfast was truly outstanding, both in quality and variety. What really stood out, however, was the service. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were incredibly kind and attentive, and I’d like to give a special mention to Ayhan, who was very welcoming and made the mornings extra enjoyable.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. She provided Elham with all her favorite drinks and even prepared a local honey-lemon tea when her throat hurt. Great location. In the center of the city close to the busiest places however it is in a quite alley that has a great sea food resturant and a kebab place and a small grocery store. We enjoyed walking from Taksim to the Spice and Grand Bazar passing by Galata tower and to Karakoi; we enjoyed shopping, eating great food and desserts, and munching on corn, chestnuts and icecream.

The room was spacious, clean, and had great bathroom facilities as well. A/C was also very effective!

The blankets provided for the beds could have been better quality.

Very nice place. Nothing fancy, but very clean, well managed and in good condition. Rooms had safe, fridge etc. Hotel is a quick walk from the Taksim metro station: Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Typical for Turkey, the AC takes a while to cool down the room, but sleeping temps were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, but I would prefer they start before 7:30. I will come back.

Nothing small room just

This is definitely a yes hotel, very clean, strategic location, wonderful staff indeed. Food was great in a lovely atmosphere of welcome and service spirit. Ayham and Gözde in the restaurant went the extra miles to make us feel welcome and serviced. Many thanks indeed

Probably would have loved a little firmer matress, but this is a personal thing tgat I am used to sleep on solid matress
