Sadly i did not have the chance to enjoy the pool & fitness

pleasantly surprised

btreakfast was excellent; spa was excellent, room was excellent

too far from attractions o fthe city considering traffic

Great hotel, clean, spacious and comfortable. .

Terrible location, right next to busy road with no air to breathe. Not fit for a walk or jog.

The room was large and spacious with a classic, understated interior and a comfortable, large bed. The reception staff were pleasant and highly professional.

1. The "sea view" also unfortunately included a view of a busy highway, with significant traffic noise even at night. Opening the window at night was impossible due to the noise. This wouldn't have been a major issue if not for: 2. The central air conditioning system in the rooms (and my 4 colleagues experienced the same) was fixed at +26°C, and no one could lower the temperature as the system didn't respond to adjustments. 3. The breakfast was a major disappointment. Firstly, the breakfast area is simply too small to accommodate all guests, especially during peak hours. Secondly, the selection of food and drinks was laughable for a 5-star hotel – no fried eggs were offered, and coffee and tea were dispensed from large self-service urns, with no option to order an espresso or Turkish coffee.The final straw: The takeaway breakfast I ordered on the second day consisted of... a single sausage roll, one green apple, and a half-liter bottle of water. Marriott team, are you serious?!

Staff were great, room was spacious

The spa could do with some maintenance for sure. The showers in the changing room are coming away from the ceiling and the whole place feels it needs some upgrades

Free upgrade to better rooms, the rooms themselves (equipment, size, window view, bathroom, bed, TV etc.), overall hotel appearance, quality of most of facilities, wide package of free services, indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam room, breakfast included, fair price.

Narrow range of food for breakfast (even compared to lower category hotels), jacuzzi (broken several water pumps, cold water), small fitness center, strange requirements (wear sport shoes in gym, forbidden to appear in dressing gown in breakfast area, broken cooling system (air conditioning), staff is not aware of some basic things - how to confirm the booking on Booking.com, invoices are low quality and easy to copy.

Maybe the location

The AC was not working. If you open window very noisy. The food below standard. If you request water i.e with ice they either bring only water or only ice. It was a nightmare. I did not sleep until now cause the warm room. I demand full refund. I will never come back

The windows were drafty — the wind came through even though they were shut. Breakfast could have been much better; something was always missing. One morning, they ran out of hot water, so I couldn’t make myself a tea, and it took them forever to bring more — which they never did in the end. On a positive note, the staff were super nice and friendly. Special thanks to our housekeeping guy, Irfan — he was awesome!

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable

The breakfast could have been a little better, especially the cooked dishes section which lacked variety and its quality was standard but not exceptional

Large room (613), huge bathroom, very comfortable bed (a little less the pillows). Very impressive structure with truly remarkable wellness center and swimming pool.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was served in a poorly maintained room, I found myself having to clear the table because the waiters were not there. Abundant breakfast but not much quality. In general the service is a flaw in this hotel, in particular the one at the top floor bar is poor.The room had a window that didn't open as the handle was broken, safe with exhausted batteries.

Staff at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and gave much needed advice on how to get from one place to another. Appreciated that.

Everything was excellent , food, room and staff.

it was not the breakfast of a 5-star hotel, the egss bar was almost completely without a chef, it was impossible to order espresso, only filtered coffee, old buns among the pastries, very poor service

the air conditioning did not work in the room, I went to the reception desk 3 times because of this, once I contacted the reception desk by phone and there was no response. It was 29 degrees in the room. At 9 pm the technician arrived, the temperature dropped to 26 degrees. I am attaching a photo. the waste in the shower drains very little, we ordered King room with sea view-club level, this was not a 5 star hotel, shame on the Marriot chain, the quality of the hotel is made by the staff, in this case they were very disappointed,according to the previous reviews from the guest, things do not change there and the problems are still the same

The staff was gracious, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel seen and safe as a solo traveler. The suite exceeded my expectations.

The location is not in a walkable area so you will need to arrange transportation.

Great room, great facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Couldn’t find any information in the room about the facilities/treatments/restaurants - but we were given an overview at reception.

Staff is amazing and flexible, my room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise Spa and gym: everything is completely new and really cleanI had a chance to do also deep tissue massage and it was just fabulous.Food is good

I loved everything but I have some Suggestions:- before the stay hotel staff forward the conversation from booking to email (which is ok, but at some point they stopped replying. I have requested the transfer and never got a reply)- I was travelling on my Birthday and would have expected a compliment from the hotel like Marriott (details are important)- Music in the roof bar doesn’t make any sense and ruins the atmosphere inside- Dirty windows which ruin amazing view from the hotel rooms and terraces

Quiet , clean , and friendly staff.

Got all the facilities.
