Golden Horn Bosphorus Hotel

The staff and the location were excellent as were the views of the Bosphorus. (Make sure to get a room with a view.) The staff took care of me when my pre-arranged transfer to the airport fell through and kept track of my phone charger.

I was impressed from the beginning to end on how nice the staff was , I felt truly spoiled and I have been in many places, like Wynn hotel in Las Vegas cannot compère . From helping with laundry service so fast to staff actually coming to us to pick us up to help us find hotel , I didn’t want to leave we will back for sure

I really liked the hotel’s proximity to the main city’s attractions. Also, there’s Marmaray station right next to the hotel which makes your transportation so much easier. The property itself is very nice, clean and has absolutely incredible team to take care of you. They will answer any question you have and will go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs. Great job guys!

Best hospitality of any hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. The staff are top notch! Also loved the cafe and terrace. Would recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul

I’ve been to Istanbul three times and I have to say staying at Golden Horn Bosphours was by far the Best in every way; the lovely staff, atmosphere, view and location. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again longer on my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you for making our stay memorable and special!!

Property was amazingly clean. Location is superb. And the staff is friendly, approachable and responsive. All their staff - and especially Utkan, Cesar, and Majd - were extremely friendly and helpful and were instrumental in helping make our stay easy and comfortable.

Beautiful, clean property and everything was perfect from the moment you’re greeted on arrival to check out. Excellent service, special shout outs to Majd, Hayrullah, Ali, and Utkan!! So helpful and mapped out the city for us helping us make a plan for our stay in Istanbul. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and helpful.

It was a perfect location from some of the Mosque, restaurants and shopping

Property was great just dirty outside the surrounding. Too many trash on the streets.

Staff was very helpful. We heard a noise from ventilation system and the manager and hotel staff inspected quickly and stopped. They are friendly and gave us good advices about places to eat or visit.

I usually don’t leave comments when evaluating hotels, but this time I really wanted to. The staff were simply amazing, especially Majid, Mohammed, and all the others. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, guided us kindly, and made our stay so much easier. I was truly happy with the service provided and really appreciated their genuine assistance and hospitality.

All the staff were extremely helpful and nice. They went out of their way to make sure we were very comfortable.

Need to get the rooftop setup to host guest. Personally I liked that it was flexible to move chairs around and not crowded. I was able to hang out with my family and relax.

The rooms and the location were perfect. The complimentary tea and coffee. The roof top has great views. Utkan and Majd went above and beyond to make the stay and process easy.

The staff is absolutely amazing and know the meaning of hospitality. Utkan in special was extremely attentive and helpful with everything we needed and beyond. We got a free room upgrade and the room was great, spacious, beautiful and well equipped.The hotel itself is recently renovated and it looks great. The location is excellent and it’s great value.Overall we couldn't be happier with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

My second stay at this hotel was like returning to old friends. The staff here is so genuine in their kindness that you will feel you have arrived at a second home. During this visit I was especially grateful for services provided by Utkan and Majd, and by the hotel manager, Medini, who took the time to walk me with my bags to the Sirkeci station area when my airport taxi was late. This exceptional hotel goes out of its way to look out for its guests.

The hotel was wonderful and located near Istanbul's waterfront. The staff were truly exceptional and even helped us book a dinner cruise a week BEFORE our booked overnight stay while still on our cruise, but in the city for a day of sightseeing before our return to Rome.. Also, when we returned a week later, Majd assisted me when I was having some difficulty confirming our 5am airport transfer for the next day. He called the car service on my behalf and insured our transfer arrived on time for our 7:35am flight. Majd is a delightful, personable young man, and he represents the Golden Horn Bosphorus Hotel both professionally and efficiently.

We really would have liked to stay longer in Istanbul. Future travel may well take me back to Istanbul, and I would be delighted to stay at this hotel again.
