The Air Conditioner stopped many times, but hopefully the weather was great

Excellent location, very close to tourist attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, and Spice Bazaar; there are supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room is comfortable and a good size. The breakfast is not continental but very local. I didn't know the names of the meals, but it was okay. The reception staff was friendly and they gave us indications on how to get some places in the city.

We booked two rooms for three nights. The first night the air conditioning didn't work. We informed the manager in the morning, and they told us it was being fixed and provided us with a fan. The air conditioning finally worked in one room, but not in the other. Our room faced a covered interior courtyard, where there was no air circulation. It was very hot. I asked for a room change, but the hotel was fully booked.

Location and people are great. Breakfast is always good and fresh

The location is perfect. The breakfast was fine.The personnel were polite and helpful. Good price-value ratio.

The ventilation was not functional in the bathroom.

No additional facilities. However, staff were willing to signpost me to services required. Breakfast was a bit boring. Same meals every morning.

It was neat and clean. Breakfast was served well. The managers were really nice and friendly.

The entrance to the hotel had stairs only so if you’re someone traveling with elderly people then it might be difficult for them to climb up the stairs because that bit did not have lift. Overall, we had a good experience except that.

Location but not good if you want to come with your own car

The staff was a bit weird as we booked 2 hotel room with double beds but they set up the room with 2 single beds and the staff told me that he thought this would be more usefully for us.

Location, staff availability and willing to help.

The room has the windows opening in an inner atrium - no fresh air, smell of food. No bedside furniture in a double bed room - no place to keep your mobile or a botle of water. The rooms look outdated and dusty. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom from sewage. Breakfast was basic - not like on the pictures.

- Pretty noisy, even at night- Has issues with appliances (kettle and hair dryer) barely working and randomly turning off- The room wasn't cleaned well. - It smelled like seweage in the bathroom.

Breakfast was ok but can be improved. Excellent location with tram in front of hotel, restaurants nearby and several money changers nearby.

Room was a bit small.

The hotel is at great location, near to Hagia Sofa and Blue Mosque, tram station to go directly to Dolmabahce palace is in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great, and hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The location is to die for??everything literally within 30 minutes, Balat tour, most mosque, the bazaars, the Galata, the Bosphorus, not to mention clothing shops around. Just put on your sneakers for lots of walking around.

Toilet and bathroom , no window for fresh air.

Staff is really helpfull and professional, great loaction close to Grand Bazaar, nice Hotel.

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and nice and the location is excellent. I have stayed in this hotel before and always come back here. I'm looking forward to my next stay. A great location to get around in Istanbul with public transportation.

That I had to leave

The staff are good, especially at the reception. They are very cooperative and receive guests well and with a smile.

Location was great. Service was great, very helpful staff members.

Housekeeping could be a little more clean and neat. They just do the basics like fold the bed and change towels.Bathroom had some stains and needs some scrubbing.Breakfast was very limited choices.

Hotel is clean and perfectly located around 5 minutes walk from the Grand Bazar and 2 minutes from tram stop. Plenty of shops around the hotel for food/drinks and also shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was simple but nice.

There are some steps (about 6) that you must climb to get into the hotel so not ideal for elderly who may find steps difficult. But even the elderly in my family managed them and liked the hotel.
