The staff were super rude. We paid for a deluxe room but when we arrived they said that no more deluxe room available and they gave us a very small room. The bathroom and room were dirty. The building smells cigarettes and breakfast was bad, dishes dirty

Nice staff and great location

The place is super amazing for the price and location its offering, it’s right in the taksim square, everything you want you can find around. I want to thank the staff for being caring, mostly mansour he literally made our stay way better than expected, he always offered help with everything, even my mom is super thankful to him cuz she had a headache and helped us find a good medicine that she got better right away! Told us what to do and what places to avoid, super nice and talkative and if we needed anything he was always there for us.

The facilities are very old, not clean enough, part of the staff are good and the remaining they don’t know how to give service. The administration of the hotel wants to get money without to give services. I don’t recommend the hotel at all. It was very bad experience for us.

The staff is kind but the hotel isn't clean and we ordered extra pillows they didn't gave us and the room isn't clean when we checked in

The location of the property is great. The pictures on the website don’t do justice to the incredible view from the rooftop. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very good location taksim square . The windows has beautiful mosque view and shopping just 2minutes walk. The staff are very friendly. Mr Mansur provided excellent service and care and made sure our stay is comfortable. Thank you so much it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is located right to taksim square, very easy to access all transports. My mom Samar and my sister had an amazing experience. The staff in the hotel are really polite and helpful especially Mansour ,Okan and Ahmed.Thank you so much. Will visit it again.

There's no kettle and cups in the room

The location was great — right in the middle of Taksim, easy to get around. The shower had strong, hot water, which was nice.

The room looked nothing like the photos. It felt old, worn down, and poorly maintained. The first room had a broken AC or perhaps hard to contol, and it took some back-and-forth to get moved. The second room was slightly better.One of the window didn’t close properly, and with taxis honking loudly all night outside, it was hard to sleep. There were also cigarette burns here and there.Breakfast only started at 8am, which was too late for my schedule.I usually trust booking.com photos, but this time I felt misled. No longer reliable to me.

I like most especially the reception staff in particular to Mr. Omar he is so nice and accommodating.

Need only to improve the water refill bottles in the room.

Bad stay, Ac Did not work. No hot water on one day and next day NO WATER till check out time. No TV Remote given. Did not care about the customer! very poor

good location, the room was clean and house keeping has a great of humor also receptionist.

key card have problems all the time (so tired after went out whole day and need to sleep but have going down to reception for get new room’s keycard, elevator too old, fridge was broken also sink water drain slowly

It is rich breakfast for a week but because I stayed longer it would be better if they serve another style of breakfast but i liked simit and olives,and the Turkish coffee they serve

Service, breakfast and the crew

The location was good, very close to the Taksim metro.I quite enjoyed the breakfast, the Turkish eggs were very good.

The room was small, I could not fully open the closet as the bed was too close to it, there was a sewer smell in the room, it was very dark, very little day light came through the window. On the 4th day of my stay the front desk gentleman asked me if I wanted to change the room as he saw I have a mobility disability. To get to the room there are 5 steps down with no ramp. As much as I appreciate him acknowledging the issue it would have been nice if this was offered on the fist day at the checking at this stage I could not be bothered to pack and unpack again. It would be nice if everyone was a bit more sensitive to disabled people, our life is hard enough and every little thing helps.

Its an old building, lift is kinda old, room came with very limited amenities, no water at all

The AC wasn't working, too hot to sleep. We left the hotel at 2 am to look for another one.
