Le Meridien Istanbul Etiler

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I honestly keep coming back for one main reason:Ocal Bey is truly exceptional. He is super supportive, incredibly kind, and always willing to help with anything — even matters that go beyond his job responsibilities. He is someone you can fully trust and rely on, and his honesty and dedication make a huge difference in the overall experience. Knowing that he is there makes every stay feel comfortable and stress-free.I would also like to highlight Ali Bey at the reception, who is one of the most efficient and professional staff members I have ever dealt with. He remembers guests, completes procedures smoothly, responds quickly, and always makes sure requests are handled properly.Hilal Hanım deserves a special mention as well — she is extremely cheerful, friendly, and warm-hearted. Her positive energy, beautiful smile, and genuine willingness to help make every interaction with her a pleasure.The entire security team, along with all hotel staff, are exceptionally helpful, respectful, and professional. Honestly, this hotel has one of the best teams I have ever encountered in my travels around the world.Beyond the outstanding staff, the hotel itself is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Its location is strategic and convenient, making it easy to access and move in and out, which adds great value to the overall stay.I can confidently say that the main reason I will always return to this hotel is Ocal Bey, Ali Bey, Hilal Hanım, and Sinan Bey. They turn a stay into an experience, and that is something truly rare.

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Food is exceptional in the restaurant. Location is ideal. Nothing to dislike really.

The breakfast is lovely, although overpriced and seems to get more expensive by the day, i did enquire about this but did not receive any feed back as to why...

I returned here for the breakfast and was disappointed to find it had fallen from the best I’ve encountered in 30years of trVel and 40 countries. Juice bar gone, selection of offerings reduced and an omelette/benedict bar that gives your omelette to the next person if you step away (not welcomed when rushing to airport)

The hotel is very well equipped and my room was exceptionally nice! Very spacious, comfortable bed, perfect working area, well-designed bathroom and an overall luxury feel. The breakfast was delicious. The spa was definitely worth going, offers a great chance to relax with a steam room, sauna, and hammam. I also used the fitness room which was moderate size but had all the basics. Overall the hotel is fantastic.

The only downside is the hotel's location. It is in a remote part of Istanbul and if you don't know the city it can be a bit of a hassle to get around. I chose it specifically because it is close to the residential area my visit was intended for. However, the calm is in contrast to the distance from the most touristic neighborhoods. But the hotel has a shuttle service to the nearest metro station and the staff is extremely helpful with directions, too.

Very nice stay excepionally clean, neat and comfortable. Worth visiting again.

Front desk staff and Feyzullah Chef were amazing. Feyzullah Chef is the reason I keep returning to this hotel. He offered my parents ice cream and macaroons and warm heartedly greeted them when he met them during breakfast to make them feel comfortable and welcomed.

The Sushi Restaurant ignored my requests and I ended up with an extremely spicy and tasteless fried rice. Furthermore, they did not deliver any drinks or ice despite my instructions. Waste of money.

Breakfast was excellent; it had variety, and every type was delicious. My room was clean and comfy; however, the only aspect I recommend for improvement is the curtains. I had difficulty shutting them properly; they were a bit rigid to move for someone my height, at least. Other than that, I find everything else was wonderful. The location is very central and in a lovely area.

Absolutely beautiful, massively generous room and bathroom, bed. I have travelled I hate to say more than many, and this may be the nicest hotel I encountered. Breakfast is insanely good

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, stylish, with very good facilities and thoughtful touches!

The staff was extremely disappointing. Nobody offered to bring my 50kg luggages to my room, I was handed the room card and I had to carry them to the 8th floor. The reception guys were very rude. They wanted a physical credit card for a deposit, I only had a digital one, so they said " in that case we need to switch your room without mini bar". That was offensive. Had I wanted something, I would pay for it. Like I tried to do with the room service app and the transaction wasn't going through. I had to call the guest relations desk. The guy who brought the food was very indiscreet, he was checking my room again and again and other things that I don't want to mention publicly. I was charged 3 times up the tea I ordered compared to the app price. I believe the staff needs manners and customer service training so they can catch up with the excellent hotel.

The views beautiful and the room provided quiet, comfort and space. We enjoyed the proximity to Bebek, Etiler, and Levant as well as public transportation at the top of the hill.

Special thanks to the housekeeping lady who took great care of our room and offered exceptional service.The view from our room was one of the most beautiful in Istanbul, and the location of the hotel is excellent — close to everything we needed.We definitely look forward to staying here again.One small note: the in-room dining was decent, but we believe it could be improved a little to better match the overall quality of the hotel.

bad smell on toilets, towels and sheets are old and not clean

Breakfast was really good. I’d especially like to thank Mr. Murat for his excellent performance during the busy breakfast hours—he managed the crowd efficiently and coordinated the staff so well to ease the rush. Much appreciated!

The indoor swimming pool area could have been much cleaner and better maintained. The pool itself looked worn, with visible mould around the edges and some mosaics falling off. The outdoor pool area also felt quite dated. I visited in April, and I hope they improve the service and upgrade the décor in time for the summer season.On a positive note, the spa facilities—including the hammam, sauna, and toilets—were spotless and well-maintained.

The room was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was in a quiet neighborhood, although it was away from attractions; however, this didn't affect us since we had rented a car.

The staff were fine, but we had to go through security each time we entered the hotel, which was a bit annoying! The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though the pastries were generally unappetizing.

but in recent stay quality of staff,cleanliness,house keeping,room service fully dropped as a 3star hotel.i asked stafe may be because of management changer .i will consider another hotel at future stays in Istanbul
