I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul mainly because of its convenient location next to Carrefour. The area is accessible and makes it easy to find basic necessities nearby. As for the cleanliness, I would say it’s average — not spotless but acceptable for a short stay. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for something affordable and close to shops.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location close to many attractions. It felt comfortable and welcoming throughout my visit.

- Limited number of parking- There is no lobby directly connected to the road, so expect to get lost a bit the first time- House keeping could be slightly better - The apartments are clean but a bit worn out- More kitchen utensils would be useful- AC smells like cigarettes when turned on- The washing machine dryer doesn’t work at all so you will have to hang your dress- Shower needs a bit of fixing as water leaks into the toilet area even when the door is closed

Everything clean and tide,the staff very friendly makes you feel like home !the breakfast was very fresh and tasty!!!The reception guy ,name Kadir the best from staff,very professional and very helpful with all the issues and questions that I have ! I will recommended 100% ☺️

Whenever we come to Turkey, Fraser place anthill is the best hotel in whole Istanbul, Gym, swimming pool, what more can someone ask for ☺️

Our overall day was very very convenient. The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful room surface and room cleaners was top notch for sure. I would recommend this place for everyone who is willing to stay in Istanbul for a short duration.

Good location, clean and spacious apartments. Helpful and friendly check-in desk teams! Taxi stand just outside the property and housekeeping teams were prompt and diligent!

Breakfast was very mediocre! Confusion every day about breakfast included / attempted to charge me for it!

I booked the 4-bedroom penthouse and was very pleased with the spacious layout—it was perfect for a comfortable stay. The view from the 51st floor was impressive and added a special touch to the experience. The staff were helpful and responsive throughout our visit.

The hotel’s location is inconvenient unless you have your own car. Tower B, in particular, has a poorly designed entrance—you need to take two separate elevators and walk a long distance to reach your apartment. Additionally, Tower A blocks a significant portion of the view. If you plan to stay here, I strongly recommend choosing Tower A instead.The fourth room in the penthouse was extremely small, had no windows, and was partially part of the laundry area—not suitable for family accommodation.Unfortunately, the hotel management was not cooperative. I booked for 10 nights with a stated policy of one-night charge in case of no-show. I stayed for 7 nights and checked out early, but was charged for two full extra nights, which was never mentioned in the booking terms. This was disappointing and felt unfair.

I really enjoyed the excellent service from the reception (special thanks to Farooq) and all the staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The location is convenient, the apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

During my visits to Istanbul in 2024 and 2025, all of my stays were at this hotel. On my recent visit, I was directed to stay in two rooms at diffrent Block " A" instead of "B" and had to transport my luggage on my own without any assistance or a trolley. Unfortunately, the lobby was not located in the same block, which was inconvenient for me. The cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations, as there were stains on the carpet, toilets, burner, and other areas. Additionally, there were paint scratches throughout the room, the wireless phone did not work, the roller curtain was not installed correctly, and the wiring under the desk was not properly organized for a supposed 5-star hotel.

Stunning panoramic city and bisphorus views in high floors. Secure and safe tower. Good location. Spacious, clean apart. Good staff. You can reserve the swimming pool.

The breakfast is not included. The value is a bit expensive. I arrived there and could not initially figure out which tower my reservation is in.

Great hotel and great staff, I stayed there for 10 nights witch of wonderful memories.

The breakfasts need more to work on it, It’s 5/10. I believe when the incharge comes at the end of breakfast he will find out what is wrong.
