Great no nonsense place in a great location. Comfortable bed, hot shower, nice breakfast. What more can you ask for and at a great price.

No elevator but I knew that coming in.

I spent 3 nights and nothing really bothered me, the room was warm, I only turned the heating on for the last night when outside temperatures were around zero degrees. The window can be opened, so you can get your fresh air in. The internet was superb, hot water was always present and at that time of year there was nothing happening outside, so it was always quiet. Yes, there is a morning call to prayer, but it doesn't count, it just adds to the vibes of the old history. Breakfast is good enough, but don't expect anything extraordinary. Anyway, it was a great stay that exceeded my expectations ;)

This place was great! Super staff, amazing location, comfortable beds, and wonderful view from the breakfast room. Good vibe all around. I would stay there again!

The room was a little small as we had two twin beds and not a lot of room to move around, but it was fine. Overall I think a great value for the money.

Hotel condition. Some people may say it needs renovation , but everything is shown in the photos so I was ok with that for that price.

We found a few mosquitos in the room. The hotel has no elevator and no rooms on the ground floor. Not an issue for us but hope it helps those with accessibility requirements.

Good location, stayed for one night as I arrived late in Istanbul and this is near to the metro line from the airport.They kept our luggage for a few hours while we explored the surroundings.I also liked their shampoo and soap.

Felt and smelled a bit old and a tinge of humidity. Not full on moldy but just enough to be noticeable.

They offered well known turkish kahvalti /breakfast. We enjoyed location for walking around, many good restorants etc.Easy to go to European side.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful. I like that breakfast is included, and the terrace where it is served is quite nice.

The air con isn't sufficient for hot summer weather. The breakfast food could be improved.

Our initial welcome was friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was good and temp was adequate.

Most uncomfortable hotel room I have ever stayed. The aircon was dirty and could not cool the room, no matter what temp we set it or how long we left it on. It felt like a sauna. The first employee I spoke with in the afternoon said he would come check it out, but he didn't. The night employee just shrugged it off and said "there's nothing I can do." It was an absolute sauna, and they have no fan available, and he did not offer to move us to another room, even though we finally gave up and departed the hotel shortly after midnight (without having slept a single wink). Tried opening the windows, but it's extremely loud in that area from the late night bars, and there was no breeze to be found anyway, only mosquitoes. The power cut in the afternoon probably didn't help the situation much. Also, the pillows are terrible (low quality and worn out). The "fridge" resembles an American style mini bar, but doesn't actually make anything cold. The wifi was sketchy (maybe due to power cuts, not sure). Floor and bathroom are dates and need some repair and deep cleaning. Bu the most appalling part to me, is them just having no regard whatsoever, that we could not sleep in our room, and not helping to find any solution or even apologize. Steer clear of this one. The only reason I even give a 2/10 is because the shower was good, and "maybe" if you go in winter, it would suffice?

Located just about in the middle of everything in the area, 5 minutes straight walk from the subway station Kadıköy.Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Good breakfast on the upper storey and a terrace. Helpful frontdesk staff.

No elevator. Loud call to prayer from the mosque's minaret nearby. No normal amount shower gel or shampoo - just a tiny vial of a shampoo and a small soap bar. Dirty windows don't let enjoy the view of the streets. Come on, guys! It's just two easy European style windows. No electric outlets by the table with the electric kettle on it! :)) We had to plug it in on the bedside table.
