Great staff!

Bathroom was weird set up, shower doors allowed water to leak all over floor. Shower floor very slippery.

The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we have a memorable stay. They even gave us a free upgrade once they knew that we are celebrating their ur 25th AnniversaryThe room was clean and the breakfast was amazing

Very disappointing stay. Far below the standard expected from an Autograph Collection hotel.Room 102 had dirty carpet with bubble wrap underneath, and visible pink/black mold in the bathroom. The sink area had no door, and the shower/toilet doors had a large gap that allowed visibility and odors.Staff first told me “all rooms are the same,” then changed the explanation after I showed photos, which felt dishonest.Room 204, where I was moved, still had mold, an unstable bathroom door, poor soundproofing, and curtains that wouldn’t close. The hallway on the first floor was filled with cleaning tools and linen bags all day long.After checkout, the hotel emailed me asking for an 8+ rating in exchange for breakfast and an upgrade next time — completely inappropriate.I cannot recommend this hotel.

Room was small with a large bed.

No space for suitcases. Lots of clutter on the only small table in the room.

Right in the middle of real local life , nice room , great breakfast but best of all amazing staff

Historical building next to main attractions Grand Bazaar, Musk.Nice Jazz Club in the premises the wk.Rooftop terrace for drinks with nice view of the city & Bosphorus.

Inside Decoration of the hotel & rooms is quite basic with poor artistic taste, and cheap.Close-Up Mirror in my bathroom was broken.Bathrobe was highly damaged and old.Slow service at breakfast & restaurant.Poor English speaking capacity from staff, quite all junior.

Very elegant hotel, interesting history, fantastic location, very courteous staff, delicious breakfast options, and very comfortable and well appointed suite.

Small room. But ok for solo traveler

The bathroom and toilet were not completely isolated from the bedroom. It was a weird design, where they loosely separated by glass. Practically there were open to the bedroom

The staff were absolutely amazing. Very responsive and attentive. We spent only one night at the hotel and they made us feel very welcome. The location is right bang in the city centre. Convent to local shops, restaurants, sights and scenes. The room was smaller than we expected, but other than that I’d highly recommend Orient Bank.

Very high standard of decor , maintenance and facilities. Very well located for all tourist spots. Property is architecturally beautiful

The standard and deluxe rooms have limited storage. For short visit this is ok but for a longer trip I would advise you to book the suite.

The location is great! The room size could be improved! The service and cleanliness were excellent!

Small room

Everything. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is amazing. Location is great. Comfortable bed.

The place's architecture is stunning. The building also has a wonderful deck with a view of one of the mosques. The staff was also very nice, they support me booking excellent tours and great restaurant recommendations.

The staff was exceptionally professional, helpful, and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained. Plus, the central location was perfect, with main attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away. They even booked tours and shows for me, which made the experience seamless. Highly recommend (especially for solo travellers).

Location to go to the old town was Great…Old facility with a tiny room – was unable to unpack my bag.

Room 201 was too small for two adults and their luggage.Staff was kind and tried, but was completely ineffectual.Couldn’t and would not recommend a place for food outside of the hotel.

Limited options for breakfast and having to pay for basic condiments as butter.The bathrooms in the rooms provide limited privacy as they are all glass with privacy film and doesn’t provide much privacy.

Great location, lovely building and interior and wonderful staff who are very welcoming, helpful and gracious. Everyone in the hotel goes out of their way for you from the reception desk to the cleaning staff - I asked for a few face cloths the man who brought them saw we needed water and literally ran off for it, you really can't ask to be looked after any better! One of the staff walked me to the Main Street where you have to get a taxi (the hotel is in a pedestrian zone) which is a few blocks away, and pulled by large suitcase the whole way! The hotel is small and quiet with a beautiful, private rooftop bar for guests only with amazing views of the city. At check in they serve you a drink and show you a clip of the James Bond scene from Skyfall filmed in the lobby, its a nice touch :-)

The rooms are small but functional; I would just recommend putting a few coat hooks on the wall behind the door to maximise space.

Problems overcome, great location

Numerous technical problems like the break down in the hot water system and the WiFi blackout, but the staff reacted well
