It was a great location for my business trip, near to my supplier so I could walk it.

The room was unbearably hot so I had to keep the window open. Beware that there is a small mosque right deside the hotel so the call to prayer at 6am was a bit of a shock! The aircon did not work, the water pressure was not great - very weak shower, the water did not drain away properly so there was a pool of water in the shower tray. The hotel asks that you do not flush toilet paper down the toilet but put it in the "special" bin (i.e. the bin - nothing special about it). The room was clean but the paint was peeling from all the furniture and everything just seemed old and tired, like it had not been updated in decades.The breakfast was not the greatest - limited choice |(croissants had run out at 8am) and was comparatively expensive. My room key wouldn't work and I had to go to reception 3 times. The reception staff were very nice and helpful but the service man who came to fix the room entry was rather rude and unhelpful.

It's old (needsa renovation), sometimes too dark (not every bulb are working), tired furniture (really overused), no minibar, no hairdry, no bathrobe, so it's not a 4 star; but pool was clean, hamam and sauna are normal, gym equipment is old stile, but overall you can fill that trainer who's working there - he is doing his best, no complaints to him; wifi it's so awfully bad - we have never seen worst; area around - not a touristic, but we founded a lovely places around, nice cafe's and local food, many good pastries; housekeeping not bad, but it's depends to a cleaner woman, 3 days was ok, one day bad; breakfasts was very common, nothing special, but if you a realist - do not expect a lot. My rate is 5/10, for several days ok, and you will have a pool and spa.

They need more staff at reception. Internet connection is very poor.

People was so warm and friendly room was quiet clean

The rooms and bathroom were very large, there was 24/7 room service, the staff were nice, I would go back there again

There were homeless dogs close by and I don’t know why the city would not care for them. It was really sad

All clean inside. The windows from the outside could do with a clean

The extra cost of breakfast 550 TL - 16$. Expensive

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good and the gym and spa was great.

Wifi was really really bad

The furniture was old and used, internet slow and unreliable, facilities are advertised as closed on booking.com due to CORONA

Gym open at 08:00 only. It would nice to go to gym before to start your day

The hotel was great. The staff and the manager Mustafa went out of their way to open the gym for us before official working hours. The food selection for breakfast was great, and there is a plethora of restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is 200m away from a metro station that tskes you directly to Taksim square and the bazaar. Highly recomended.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, I’d like to nominate the front office manager Mr Turhan Ural, Mr Belboy Hasan and Mr Sahra Tarkan.Also liked the rooms decorations and perfumers in the hotel

No proper coffee in the restaurant, only the Nesspresso type.

The room was clean and shower was good.

The hotel looks better on pictures. It is outdated and is not 4 star. Receptionist on arrival did not speak amu English. They gave me smoking room, they did not ask for preference. View from the roomwas over some dirt and garbage. Gym is only open from 8-8 which is not great. Restaurant had a poor smell and food was below average. I have been to Istanbul 5 times in one year, this was the worst.

Central very good Location, walking distance from metro station, staff very helpful and responsive use the pool and the Turkish path it’s really good and relaxing .. free of charge..Sahra thank you very much you are one of the best performing reception staff, you are a five star ⭐️ I will for sure be back again in my next stay ,,

I think the hotel can do better for breakfast variety
