Everything was perfect! ?The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff, everything was excellent.The staff were always friendly, respectful, and very professional.Special thanks to Mr. Murat and Karam, they are amazing!Highly recommended, and we will definitely book this hotel again if we visit Istanbul in the future.

The location is good, hotel is as advertised Very lively area and friendly staff

The staffs were friendly and helpful, specially Mr. Murad, the hotel is near the main metro station which can take you to all place in Istanbul, the markets and shops around the hotel, taxies always available in front of the hotel.

The staff is very good and kind, especially Ayşe and Buse, who were serving in the restaurant. If I ever come back to this hotel, it will be because of them. Management should take good care of these employees and pay them well — they truly add value to the hotel and are the reason you get returning guests Besim I.

The hotel is in a very nice location. Very close to metro and tram. The staff is very helpful. We would love to come again

The staff of Grand Hotel Hilarium Hotel were outstanding. Although it's a 3 star hotel, the customer service was at par to 5 star hotel.The hotel price included breakfast which made it attractive for our group of friends. Breakfast included variety of salads, cheese and continental food. Everything was fresh and chef Abdul Raheem made sure that it was of high quality. Derya and Eda were always smiling and welcoming the guest for breakfast. Cleanliness was the utmost preference of each and every staff member of the hotel.Mr Hassan and Duzgun were very helpful and organised a tour to Bursa and Cruise Dinner at a very affordable prices for 22 people with transportation and guide.Lastly, I would like to thank Mohammed our bell boy for assisting us.Highly recommend if you are going solo, in a group or with family either for pleasure or business.

They have good staff, specially Mr. Murad and the manager Ercan. They helped us and were very nice

Swimming pool wasn’t available during my stay

The location is perfect, 2mins from Yenikapi Metro, which has direct connection with IST Airport Metro Line (transfer at Gayrettepe), very convinient.

The dirtiness in the room and bathroom were beyond bad, I should say disgusting. Example: very dirty floors and... feces lefovers in the toilet seat.

The staff are very nice. They cooperate with the guests and the food is good, but the rooms are very cold. The arrangement only works with air. There is no heating at all. Also, the bathroom is very cold. There is air leaking from the windows.

Simply Disappointed

First they gave us a big room, but the heat was extremely hot we were in sauna, and after when we requested another night they told us you have to pay 25€ for it. So bad so bad

Nothing…. In front of reception a big pile of cartons and very messy place

The room was no way like pictures very tiny and you cant even walk around the bed, bath room was dirty and filthy very bad condition. The staff were not polite and rude actually.

The hotel is situated in a busy yet friendly area with plenty of good local restaurants, cafes and shops .The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful.

The Hotel describes itself as 4 stars, which is an exaggeration. It may have been 20 years ago but hasn't moved on and modernised accordingly. The advertised swimming pool is the size of a hotub and incurs additional costs to use.

The staff ready to help you with anything,very polite .Excelent service,the breakfast perfect.We was very comfortable and all family we was like the treat the was give us.Thank you..Hope soon we repeat our experience and have a perfect estance how we was have in this great hotel.

Only location of hotel for us

So many things we didn't like. Most important I lost my wrist watch from my room side table ,anxiously that was one of their staff .but they did not admit it .And could not help me in thus regards, I complaint about it .simple answer was we don't know you might have lost it outside .But I was sure I left it on my side table ,when we came back ,watch wasn't at its place.2) hotel wasn't in the same looking and condition what I saw photos on booking.com.3)first bedsheets change was after 3 days .4)breakfast food quality wasn't great 5)fridge and safe wasn't working asked them to change it.6)tea kettle was there but no cup, nothing else .7)generally hotel smell wasn't nice .8)they have not maintain house keeping and cleanliness on daily basis .9)wonky toilet seat ,kind of broken ,when you sit moves on the side.10)soap after opening crumbles .11)in the shower room there was no soap holder or where we could put ,shampoo etc .12)shower holder wasn't right always goes upward as it wasn't properly fitted 13)torn of duvit cover In a nut shell we felt we been robbed as they advertise them as a four star hotel .

- Staff (reception and housekeeping) were great! They helped us in many ways we needed. - Good location in terms of being close to mosques (4 stops by tram)- AC was working even when it was old one for everyone unit

- hotel needs a little bit renovation/repairs- small fridge is useless because it cannot hold cold and everything is room temperature - location as said is good but very crowded and a lot of cars in nearby main road- windows in the room are thin! Even when closed you can hear 90% of noise outside- breakfast are doable just because its in price of hotel. If I could choose to have cheaper rooms with no breakfast I would do it like that
