Agaoglu My City Hotel

The buffet breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of fresh products served daily. The location is in a quiet area, yet has plenty of small restaurants and markets within walking distance. Specifically, I would like to mention the hotel staff—the reception team was always helpful and very polite. Overall, if I visit the Asian side of Istanbul in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We love the property as an Turkish especially those to guys at front desk (Cihan and Yunus) very helpful every time we need them. Special thank to this guys.

I was so impressed by this hotel that I actually changed my return flight and extended my stay by an additional five days! :)The location is excellent, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in, and they kindly gave me a room right away - even upgraded me to a better one with a balcony, which was a lovely surprise.The room was very clean and well-maintained, with a large, comfortable bed, a proper desk for working, and big mirrors. The floor-to-ceiling window brings in plenty of natural light, but there are blackout curtains if you prefer to keep the room dark in the morning. The temperature in the room was always comfortable as well.I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location between two airports. It turned out to be perfect - there’s a metro station within walking distance and a nice walkable area nearby with plenty of shops, malls, and cafés.Another big plus is the excellent soundproofing. It’s always quiet in the room, so it’s easy to rest at any time. After staying in other hotels, I really appreciated this detail.Overall, this has been the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in so far. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

Elegant and clean

Stayed in the 5th floor. The AC was not working properly. It was too hot.

The location was good

The staff wasn’t really helpful, the air conditioning was only on heat and the didn’t try help out And when I told them about the situation the answer was there’s no solution for that, help your self And this wasn’t mentioned when I booked the stay

Location and staff were exceptional! They were able to take in an order of flowers I had sent to the hotel for me to pick up later, and they were able to communicate with me very well (my Turkish is very very limited)

Nothing, everything during this stay was amazing.

Excellent location, very quiet, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's balanced and delicious. Parking is included. The neighborhood is quiet and commercial. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The receptionists and the housekeeping staff were kind. Nothing bad I can say.

No air conditioning unit! It was so hot. I booked the superior double room with a balcony. I thought at first that the AC unit was broken that's why I called the receptionist and asked them to fix it but they told me there's really no air conditioning unit. They should add this thing to the description! Also what kind of 4-star hotel that doesn't have a cooling system? It was just so shocking. They should rate this hotel down because come on. Also, I stayed for 10 days! They told me just to open the balcony window. That's absurd! It's noisy outside. It's not comfortable. Imagine if it's summer.

Breakfast was good

Staffs are pretty strict , they need to be bit more pleasant to people , not all staffs . Few of them are good .

Being greeted and served by Mehmet at 1:30am for check-in was a very pleasant experience.

The tub/shower in my suite had no enclosure or shower curtain. There didn't seem to be any shampoo. Some of the outlets didn't work.

Our room was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent and always very quick on the couple of occasions that we requested extra items. The breakfast was good also.

A very nice and very clean hotel. We slept very well, the mattress and pillows very comfortable. At every two days,, they changed the sheets and ttowels.

The pool is not in the hotel, it is nearby. There are no glasses in the room.

Property was well located, room was perfect (large, top floor, huge balcony, bath and shower, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge), the buffet breakfast was very good, the restaurant menu was limited but we and visitors tried almost everything and the food, presentation and service was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The underground car park and easy access to a lift going straight to our floor made the experience even more special.

It was hard to fault anything but I would recommend china mugs in the room rather than paper cups and better to phase putting the hard cheeses out at breakfast as they become dry after about an hour

Very peaceful place

A wonderful hotel, great location. The bed in our room was so comfy, the most comfortable bed in any hotel that I've stayed. Also very clean. Staff at reception is so kind and very helpful. We even got an upgrade at check in. Breakfast had great options with a few daily changes to keep it interesting, these little changes might seem small but is quite pleasant and makes a difference. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in short walking distances around the hotel. The food through room service was delicious, there are no descriptions of the meals and what sides comes with the food while ordering on the hotel app. but every dish we ordered was good. The grilled chicken and the chocolate volcano cake was especially yummy. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back.

Room was spacious, groceries available, restaurants can be reached within 10 mins walk.

Bed is too soft so that it is not flat when sleeping. Near cabinet needs more lighting.

The room was very clean and spacious, the latter being the main reason why I chose this hotel in the first place. It actually looked even better than in the pictures. The facilities are spacious, neat and beautifully maintained. The staff is vey polite and always willing to help: they gladly extended the buffet hours for us and other customers when we asked.
