Staff wiliness to help Prices changing upon checking in

Hotel is very comfortable, new furniture, spacious, clean and modern. Nice breakfasts, location is close to Aksaray metro station and 7 min walk to shuttle to the airport. Super helpful front desk, we had absolutely no issues, great value for money - I would definitely stay here again.

I really can't think of anything bad to say, everything was really good.

Room was a little bit compact

The room was excellent - with everything inside as described on Booking. Reception personal was very professional and helpful. Cleaning personal did great job on daily basis. Tasty breakfast with lot of different ingredients was perfect. All in all - we were more than satisfied.

This is my third time in Istanbul and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Let's start with the fact that I was there for medical purposes (and not as a tourist, this is for the human factor, that the hotel did not took into account). The initial visit was scheduled for June, I booked the room at that time and paid the full price. It so happened that due to health reasons I had to postpone the visit to the Clinic to the end of July. I informed the hotel, explained the situation, showed all the doctor's documents and they agreed to change the date on the condition of re-paying the full amount paid, Or they would not refund me. So it turned out that the price was unchanged on booking, the hotel had capacity ( it was not fully booked) but the room cost me double and even more. The hotel did not take anything into account! Wifi is dead all the time, it never works! Room service is very poor, they only changed towels and water. I had to ask for toilet paper and vanity kits every day and bed linen was not changed for 10 days. Towels always with stains and black! Feels like they never were washed!The only time the room was cleaned was the last night…Because of the clinical reasons, I had to add 2 more days and guess what! While the price on Booking was 79 euros, the hotel initially “offered” me 130 euros for 1 night. I reminded them that I had already paid much more than enough, but they didn't take that into account either. I showed them the price on Booking was way cheaper and Finally, the only good that happened, was that i added those two days for Booking price :)P.s I am blonde with short haircut, everyday, bathroom floor was full of long black hair ….

Kindness stuff and delicious breakfast and simple decoration and marvelous location thanks for everyone especially Mr ayob & burhan in reception and Mahmoud in restaurant and haliana in cleaning room

Hotel was very modern and clean. Rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was delicious!

Everything was good, had a bit higher expectations from sauna, hamam and steam room.Rooms to improve like cleaning, providing towels. We tool a massage, it was really good!

Nice little hotel, good location. Its located a short walk from the metro and tram stops. There are enough restaurants nearby so easy enough to find food during the day.

Soundproofing could have been better. The temperature in the room can be set to a minimum of 25C. However its not a major issue as we were there in winter, so if it got too hot, we could always just open the window.

The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel had a modern look and excellent facilities. Easily could book an uber with no problem for the driver finding the hotel. And walkable distance to the high street. The only thing I would say is the breakfast selection wasn’t big, but overall I would stay at this hotel in the future.

Everything is great, staff, cleanness, the room, food, and location is near public transportation and not in the outskirts. The only serious inconvenience was the wifi, it disconnects and weak most of the time

The room was a decent size and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Only downside was the noise insulation quite poor. We could hear a lot of noise coming from other rooms and the corridor

Nice location with access to Metro and Tram which is about 10 mins walk.

The AC was regulated for temperature between 25 to 30c which was not ideal.

Disappointing

You could hear what people from the next room were speaking loud and clear.The short guy from spa let “customers” (people that paid for extra benefits) smoke on the restricted areas, just because they were paying for the massage.Poor breakfast.

The hotel was rather nice and modern and they cleaned every day upon request. Everything was pretty much as expected and the beds were very comfortable.

The location was not great. It was a 12 min uphill walk from yusufpasa (tram station to get to the major sightseeing spots). It is not really close to anything when it comes to sightseeing which makes food prices lower than the touristy places but the uphill walk is not fun. Breakfast options are rather minimal- addition of yogurt and some pastry items would make it better (breakfast items do not really match the pictures provided). You cannot really control the temperature (only goes down to 25) so it got hot during the day. The taxi driver (yellow taxi) that the hotel arranged for the airport was not very professional but i guess that is beyond their control?

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! Its location is more than perfect, very close to Fawzi Pasha Street. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. The team gives a very warm welcome.

Location was great and the staff was awesome. The room was clean. Housekeeping checked in daily. The breakfast spread was amazing. Perfect for a family trip. Especially appreciate to reception guys Mustafa and Siraj.
