Yes, They wanted to charge for breakfast even though it was included in the rate when I made the reservation.

Fun fact, pillows are only firm. Would be nice to have a few soft. Also, there are no bathrobes in a room.

We had a bottle of alcohol with us and they asked us to leave it at the security and take it before we leave which I have never heard ANYWHERE in the WORLD before… they said they have room service and I can not take my own drink to my room. They send it later to my room with a fruit table as a gesture which is why I rated 9, but why do you make people leave their food and drink at the security? That definitely should be changed.

WiFi internet not working in the room.Smoke available in the rooms and with ventilation system you will smoke with your neighbors even if you don’t like it.

Breakfast was good, hotel was 5-10 min ride to the exhibition centre. Location is really good, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and taxi is easily accessible.

The air conditioning was set at 25 C, it was hot outside and you couldnt make the room colder. It was presetVery very uncomfortable.

- It seems that they have big problems with sanitation ,, the room stinks all the time , smell coming from toilet . - the room doesn't have a working A/C ,, only heater , even if you tried to adjust it to cold ,, it heats more and more , unfortunately I should sleep while my window is open .

Location is excellent. Very few speak English. They made me pay For Auto park. My regards to the night shift receptionist. He was the only nice person.

The staff were really helpful and tried their best to accommodate English travellers. The beds were comfortable, and the room was ok for 3 of us in a family room. Hot chocolate here is lovely, and the meal time was good with a decent portion size. The pool is relaxing. The breakfast was a little bit akward, with us not knowing what each food was and was more like dinner. However, the last 2 days of us being here, they did put English labels, and I felt like they really made an effort to make our stay more enjoyable. I don't think they get many English travellers here.

There was no fruit available at breakfast time. However, they did put fruit out on the last 2 days of us being here, which was lovely.

Very good located facility at the coast of Istanbul, very suitable for combi trip beach-city-business. Great grandeur! However poor maintenance ofcthe building and facilities. Some simply did not work at all, shower partly broke, sheets too short. However next time Istanbul we will book again in that hotel. It is a pity that they maintain not better

there were a bad smile in the room they were not ready for larg groups , one day the breakfast buffet waas empty on 8:30 am and they don't have any thing to add
