Clean room with basic facilities, however the bed was awful very uncomfortable!

Great value for money. The breakfast was ok, the rooms were big and clean. The stuff was really nice and helpful.

Nice helpful staff , i booked this hotel because it was close to Medicana hospital. only 1 minute walking to the emergency entrance. so the location is perfect for the hospital.

Breakfast from 7 to 10 am, starting from 9 am staff start saying for finished items ( Its Finished and I Can't Add More)!!!!Hotel closing the air-condition, the room was very hot. When you call them many times, they will turned on for you for sometimes.

It was close by the hospital I was going to.

The breakfast was very boring same things everyday. No fresh juice or fruit. Not much options for breakfast.

!!!!! BEWARE FOREIGNERS WHO TRAVEL HERE !!!!Everything was all good until the last moment just before we checked out. Utter disappointment! The Authorities need to monitor the owner of this place. His practices are sly and unethical.Just before check out the young receptionist said I needed to pay an excess of 2,000 LIRA more as they were unable to process my payment for one of the rooms. Two rooms were booked in total. It's funny because the payments were paid in Sterling and they confirmed my payment during the check-in... and now they are demanding more payment needs to be done in LIRA.I've got to the bottom of this pathetic argument and what happened is that during my stay GBP/TRY went from 24 lira per pound to 15 lira per pound. So these guys seemed to have cashed out my payment at the wrong time when sterling was valued low and hence they are trying to cover their losses/differences from their customer.So if you want to avoid such nonsense, don't deal with them Sizes of the rooms were outrageously small.Very very dark with all lights turned onBaby Cot was not hygienic

You will be struggling with everything. Small rooms , uncomfortable beds, poor and dul room lighting, access to the hotel specially if you have heavy luggage , staff speaks very poor English and finally the breakfast is horrible. I will never go there again.

The manager was nice

The receptionist hardly speaks English, the room was wrongly described on Booking, we suppose to have 3 beds in the room but we had 2 and after very long waiting they provided a mattress, the pillows and the bed cover was not clean, bathroom is not comfortable

Really it was the worst experience to me with this hotel staff are not friendly for that I was booking for two night but I stayed only one night and check out. The time we enter the room was not clean even tawels was not clean bad sheet not clean.

Location is OK if you have business to do in Ataşehir area. It was one of the cheapest alternatives in the area. I think it's OK to stay if you are alone and need a place for a couple of nights.

heavy smoke smell in the room is welcoming you when enter. the Bed was awful, springs are sticking into your body. staff could put a smile on there face and make eye contact with you when talking instead of staring at their screen.

Noting is likeable about this hotel but only location was good for us

Where can I start?? As soon as we walked into the hotel staff didn’t even look at us and receptionist was on the phone while we were checked in room was so dirty and old no one looked after this hotel, fire exit is covered by linen so if there is a fire you will be stuck so no fire exit to run away from this hotel also breakfast is a joke so do not go this hotel if you care about yourself !!

The place was dirty and uncomfortable,Full of noice of cooling system of next door building, poor light in the room and toilet.Bedsheet was teared, toilet was dirty and bathtub’s and washing basin’s draining was blocked.

nothing at all, most importantly the hotel did not seem to care much about prevention of cover-19 spread even though they obtain safe tourism certificate.

they were not even close to any glimpse of care for customer. room was dirty and dark. illumination was not enough in the room since I was given basement room. inattentive staff, toilet paper was almost out and left less then half used after the previous customer which means the cleansing of the room is very suspicious for the next customer. The plastic cover of the towel was not sealed. Hotel did not seem to be located in a very safe area.

My experience at this hotel was beyond amazing. I had to go to Istanbul with my twin toddlers, and I was really nervous about chosing a hotel that was family friendly, comfortable enough for my 3 year old twins and close enough to the hospital where my dad was having a heart surgery. Well I am happy I found A11 hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable enough. The manager spoke very good english and he was one of the nicests people I met in Istanbul. The hotel was in perfect location close to everything i needed. The hotel staff never got tired of helping me out with all sorts of requests since I was there for 15 days and I didnt know anybody else in Istanbul. So they became my first point of reference daily. The cleaning of the room was impecable. I highly reccomend it.
