THe staff

Some of the hotel guests have absolutely no manners.Instead of closing their room door, they slamm it as if they were doing it on purpose. We could not stand it anymore and we have to move to another hotel.

The family room was perfect for us. The staff were terrific and helpful at all hours of the day and night. Location was near to all the sights in Sultanahmet while still being quiet.

Not really! It was just what we needed for one quick night in Istanbul with 3 kids.

The double room with the private hammam was exceptional, especially after a day of sightseeing. The cookies, coffee and water were plentiful, adding a perfect touch of hospitality. Last but not least, the staff was attentive and available to answer questions throughout my stay.

The staffs are very hospitable. They offered us tea and snacks multiple times during our stay.

Great location, minutes away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Very friendly helpful staff. Overall, great value.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location was awesome with many attractions like Blue Mosque within walking distance.

- Location- Ramazan from the staff was extremely kind and helpful.- The white color scheme of the rooms creates a feeling of cleanliness, comfort, and brightness.

- The detailed cleanliness of the room needs improvement.- The furniture is old.- What I disliked the most is that the bed sheets, duvet covers, and towels were very old, and it was clearly noticeable; in some cases, they even had stains.- The heater in the air conditioner is not working, and although we requested for it to be fixed, it was never done.- There is no elevator in the hotel, so if your room is on the top floor, you will find it extremely difficult to go up, especially for elderly guests- The staircase is spiral and the steps are very small, so you must climb with extreme caution to avoid falling.

I was told that the property management and owner had cancelled my booking a day before I check in where I contacted booking.com custumer servie a few days before I travel with my wife, they said your booking at this hotel is confirmed and good since they contacted the hotel and talk to them. Now since I was traveling with no phone acess. I booked a panthouse where none were available since no panthouse was at the property that meets its description no balcoy no terrace not much view of city and smaller than a standard room. I was told we have no reservation because it has been canceeled a day before I check in. Me and my wife Had to leave the Sadaret hotel with our laguage looking for another hotel in the area to check in and pay again where when called booking.com representative had to follow the procedure to ensure why booking was cancelled from the Sadaret hotel and then let us know what and how to take next step. It is a shame for whoever own the Sadaret hotel we booked to stay in 3 weeks before we check in and booking.com who confirmed it.

Location was superb with a quiet hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room had a washing machine in the bathroom.

The location was very good. It was close to many of the major attractions, there were a Grammy restaurants and cafes, and the harbor was just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at check in and check out.

The that was reserved for me had two bedrooms but no sitting area. I booked a one bedroom apartment but this was more like a hotel room. The water heater was not working when I arrived and it took almost a full day to get the problem resolved.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful

Bed bugs. Insects. Dirty. No food on property. No option for breakfast . My son and I got bites everywhere from the bugs and we had a terrible reaction.

location was good in the old city. view was exceptional! staff were very helpful. having clothes washing machine was handy, and it had all you needed included.

The balcony door did not shut properly or lock, might need fixing.

The location is great for sightseeing access in the old city, and the staff were mostly very helpful in understanding tours and local services.

- When we checked in, the bin of soiled toilet paper had not been removed from the previous guest. The bathroom stank as a result and there was no ventilation.- We were eventually moved to a new room, and in both the old room and new room the wifi signal strength was poor, barely accommodating one device at a time- Room’s front door did not work and it came down to the guests to fix, and the “do not disturb” electronics did not work- In the first room (before moving) the room advertised a sea view but the sea was barely visible through a small gap in buildings

The staff very hospitable and kind. When we arrived they explained us with the map and that everything was walkable. The hotel is super well located.

The location was perfect . If I could give all the staff a 10 star review I would . Unfortunately my husband became extremely ill the day after we arrived , I needed an ambulance. The staff went above and beyond to help me including coming to the hospital the next day to help facilitate the necessary care . It was something I am not sure would happen anywhere else, and we have travelled all over the world.

Location is fantastic-many of the important tourist sites that one wants to visit are walking distance.. The staff,everyone of them, are very obliging and helpful. Most hotels charge you for extra water- they give you without charge as many bottles you ask for. The best part is they make tea or coffee along with cookies whenever you ask them. I love apple tea- I drank so many cups during my stay.

Nothing is bad; it is a perfectly run "machine".

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location in the old city near the Blue Mosque and other historic sites. Restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel staff was exceptional...very friendly, helpful, and did everything to please guests.
