HİRA HOTEL

Near to busy area, suitable for budget travelers

Compact and well maintained

Nice and clean, great value for money, amazing breakfast spread on the house.

The approach is not the most elegant. A one minute walk to the Main Street for Uber pick up was ok for me but could be challenging for some others

good location, nice breakfast and kind staffs

The location

The cleaning. We’ve got badbugs bites from the untidiness of the room and it is a really bad experience to go through

Everything was great ! Best value for price. Restaurants and money exchange were walking distance . Host was amazing . He woke up earlier so we can have breakfast.Rooms and bathroom were clean.

Would return.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Good position, easy to reach out common seespots.

The bathroom should have an exhaust fan. There are few kitchen utensils in the room. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, only the trash was taken out. There was no shampoo or other toiletries in the bathroom.

Excellent Service and friendly Staff Mr/ Haji is very professional person and hardworking

That’s good location for tourism. Bus stop was near to hotel that’s very convenient location. staff was good. this is af

Very clean, at walking distance to the main objectives (Ayasofya, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace etc.). Rooms were warm and spacious. The hotel offers free coffee and water at any time. Personnel were very kind and helpful with all our requests (without exaggeration, the guys from the reception were the best receptionists I ever met - and I stays in hundreds hotels). We were in a larger group and they managed to handle all our requests related to rooms, parking and also Bosphorus cruise reservation.

Nothing comes to mind.

Breakfast was good. Location was close to tram and walking distance to many major attractions. Hotel staff was amazing.

Hira hotel is on a great location, 3 min walk from Aksaray tram station. All main atractions are walking distance from the hotel. It has been renovated and all the furniture is new. It is clean and tidy. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. Especially a guy named Haci.We booked family room, but he offered us apartment with separate room, for same price.Breakfast is quite enough. You have coffee, tea, water throughout the day.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good but limited. Good location

The staff were really nice if we had a problem they helped us solve the issue. The breakfast was okay. There were not too much option but you could choose from food. The location was also good not in the city central but by public transportation you can reach within 10minutes.

The location and the receptionists. The ladies in the kitchen weren't very kind.

Not so much space in a room for 3 people, no wardrobe...

Everything was fantastic. The location was great, breakfast was very tasty. The property was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly thanks to them and especially Gaji was the best one thanks to him. Also the price was good

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few minutes from tram and metro stations. This is my second stay here, and the hotel staff is so kind that words cannot describe it – they are always available to answer any questions and ready to help. Additionally, if you’re arriving by car, parking in front of the hotel is possible and free, which is quite rare. The room is clean and tidy. All compliments!

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The receptionist was so helpful during my checkout: taxi I booked could not reach the hotel, but the receptionist called him and explained to him that he can drive to reach us.I recommend Hira hotel.

great staff, room was comfortable, I'm very happy!

noise outside the window, sometimes they were doing repairs at 8am, it was very audible, not comfortable slippers ? overall everything is good!!

Staff were very good esp. Nejm. We had good time as family as the staff were so helpful. Location is also best for going around down town

Friendly staff and comfy bed and pillows! Location is good, if you want to use public transport! The neighbourhood in which the hotel is located is very busy and crowded, which might be not pleasant for some people! The guy at reception is very friendly!

Breakfast is not what you expect from a hotel! Very limited options to eat and choose from specially for hot drinks! The way it was served was not proper and not fulfilled expectations from even a 3 star hotel!
