Location was perfect and staff ever ready to help

The location is great. Very close to ¿stiklal street. Lots of nice restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops around. Also close to a metro station.

There was a bar under my room and they played loud music until 2-3 AM. I just couldn't sleep. I asked the hotel to change my room, but they told me that they're fully booked. I expect to be able to get some peace and rest in the room.

Clean, well kept and stylish rooms.

Loud noises outside hotel, so much so I couldn't sleep the first night. Then obnoxious guests in next room the next two nights. Staff and management did their best to contain these loud people.

The staffs were great. Quiet room.

Electric sockets were not in good shape.

This hotel is a fraud.

We made a reservation to pay when we arrived, this was very clear in the booking reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel charged my credit card all the stay without notice the day before we arrived. When I asked for an explanation, the front desk employees pretended no english profiency and provide vague and inconsitent answers. Again, no solutions were provided to the broken reservation commitment.There was a constant noice during all the nights until advanced hours (3:00, 4:00 AM) coming from a bar across the street which played music at insane volume. The front desk offers no solution.

Good location, close to restaurants and shops.

The room was quite noisy from the street noise. Pillows, uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work properly and was not repaired after we requested repair. Rooftop restaurant has a limited menu and was not very impressive

Nightclub on top floor plays very loud music EVERY night until 1am to 3am (depending on the night), small tv and not a smart tv so no Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., nice bathroom but not very bright and has a VERY cheap toilet seat!

The first impression was beautiful; marble entry, sophisticated appearance.

Staff was indifferent and not helpful; could not be more disinterested.

This is a really delightful hotel in the old style in Beyogulu. The staff are charming and helpful..the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast with a view over the city, was sumptuous.

There's a little night-time noise from nearby clubs but not loud enough to be intrusive

The room was too small, housekeeping wasn’t great. It wasn’t really clean. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and there was dust on the tables. It felt like they were only making the beds. Towels were changed regularly as well. All in all, they need to upgrade the room service and the housekeeping. The AC wasn’t great either and went off several times at night.

Located within walking distance to Galata tower and the abundance of cafes, restaurants, shopping and metro/fenicular stations along Istikal Street. We booked the corner room and it was very spacious.

Some issues with housekeeping; they didnt change bedsheets and we had to constantly tell them. It got changed on day 5 eventually. Complimentary water or tea coffee was not replenished daily and again we had to remind them. They didnt wash dirty coffee cup or sweep floor. From Friday evening through to weekend expect very very very loud music from the hotel rooftop venue until the early hours. Also note street noise from other parties when staying in this area.

The staff was amazing. Beautiful view during breakfast. Breakfast ( variety for everyone).

The hotel has a nice atmosphere to it and the location is excellent and close to transit lines. I had no issues reaching my different destinations. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Murad and the front desk staff. The restaurant manager gives a very nice atmosphere to the breakfast.

The bar on the 7th floor is really loud at night and unfortunately, we could hear it clearly from the second floor even with every window and door closed

Staff was very very helpful, even the non english speaking people at night. Taxi service to the airport - normal pre-booked taxi with a taximeter was amazing, you should request the same for the airport to hotel service, much better and less expensive than the private company.

Hot water not working on the 1st day but it was fixed the 2nd date. The bed was a bit too soft. Breakfast could have more options, especially during the weekend that the hotel is full, they need to fill-up the dishes more quickly and add options.

The hotel is very nice, the bedroom was huge and had excellent storage, a large bathroom and great tv/wifi. The location is perfect if you want to access shops and restaurants literally 30 seconds around the corner.

I booked the hotel as it said there is a swimming pool for my 5 year old. It turned out to be a freezing cold plunge pool for after the steam/sauna. On the first night we were woken up 3-4 times by a very loud noise coming from the bathroom which sounded like a vibrating motor engine. Once we woke up and told the staff they were quick to fix it. As you're in a busy area you should expect to hear cars horning, groups of people out late making a bit of noise. I was also disappointed with the breakfast. I have been to Turkey several times and have always loved the breakfast but when we turned up half hour before breakfast ended, a lot of food was finished and not re-filled. I asked the lady working there to make some scrambled eggs and she said its finished. It was only really when I spoke to the manager, who was very accommodating, that they brought some more bread, eggs etc and were apologetic. If you're expecting a classic Turkish breakfast it's on the simple side.

A hotel in a historic building with very large and spacious rooms. The bed was perfect. There is also a spa.

I very rarely have breakfast in a hotel, I prefer brunch at a restaurant. In this case, I was curious what the breakfast was like, given how the hotel looked I thought it would be different and interesting. Unfortunately, it was very poor in terms of variety. The products were of the lowest quality available in much worse hotels. The bread was dry and hard. And many budget hotels in Istanbul and in the Pera/Beyoglu area have better breakfast. I recommend to change the concept does not fit the vision of the hotel such a breakfast.

Great room with interesting, high quality furnishing. We loved the location and the rooftop where breakfast is served, with views across the Golden Horn. The staff (especially cleaning and concierge) were all great. The location of the hotel is perfect: walking distance to loads of restaurants, the boats to other parts the city, Istanbul’s best shopping street (Istiklal) and Sultanahmet.

The spa was basic, but met expectations given room rate.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a special character, but it needs restoration. The service is very good. Special thanks to the lady receptionist who speaks English, Mr. Murat, Mr. Yesin, and all the door and reception staff.
