Was a leak in the in the bathroom I asked to be fixed twice but stills the same

In central area, close to everything in Sultanhameth

Dirty rooms and towels. Mosqitous in room

Location, administrators, transfer to airport?

I think rooms sometimes need to be cleaned more deep. For example dust under beds, beds units.Also shower need to be cleaned of mold

Oh let’s see, the first day we arrived we had no air conditioning and the guy said he would have someone right up to fix it. He never did and we slept in a sweat box. The next night I had enough and went to the front desk to ask for them to do something or switch us rooms. Our air just happen to turn on. Me and my husband were hanging out on our balcony enjoying a beer, when a door opened and a women walked out on to our private balcony. So they were sharing a balcony without informing us when we checked in and booked online. Oh and to top it off our bed was only a box spring mattress that left us sore. So don’t waste your money try up the street so many more to choose from at an equal or less cost. The breakfast was basically what we would have in America.

Nothing very bad experience.Dirty hotel. Staff unfriendly. Requested an upgrade as it was my wedding anniversary. Did not get one.

Deseving exterior looked like a 4 star hotel.Interior very bad needs renovating.

The Location

Breakfast is average and the staff expectations to be given tips all the time makes the stay uncomfortable.

The hotel has amazing location, 4 minutes from the blue mosque, but a very quiet street. If you choose room with sea view, a big balcony is amazing.

It lacks cleaning and new equipment, shower was leaking

Hotel is in very good area close to historical centre, not noisy street and there are restaurants around.

We did not like the room. The water from the air conditioner was dropping on the table in the room next to TV set. So we could not use it and turn it on. The mattraces are not comfortable.

Wonderful location with great hospitality, I expected for 5 night to enjoy the old town, breakfast is great, very respectful staff

Hotel location is great close to all attractions Naima receptionist was of great help, answered all the questions i had, and boocked all activities i did during my stay(dinners, ferry bosphorus trip, taxis...) and would be definitely going back soon.

The breakfast location was good, it had a lovely garden and ambience. The receptionist Naima, Asan and another colleague were really helpful, dedicated and understandable and available 24*7 for any queries. They helped out with any situations. A big thanks to them once again!.Hope to visit them soon.

The rooms in ground floor and 4th floor requires some considerable improvements.

Deceiving, it is not a 4 start hotel, lacks in maintenance, rooms in deplorable condition, not only aesthetically but in normal working conditions. We paid extra to have a”deluxe”, that happened to be a small narrow room with a sofa bed prepared into a bed( not asked for ), no place to hang up the clothes, no safety box, air conditioning not working, no space to place the minimal of toiletries I. The bathroom, and not blinds( window giving of course to the Main Street). Second night we refused to spend another sleepless and hot night and demanded to change room. We ended up in an even smaller room, AC working, not hair drying ( not a problem for us this one), but toilet not flushing ( it was repaired the following days as requested). Shower room “patched up round the corners , unpleasant smell from the tubes, dark …. What was it? Deluxe???Breakfast was also disappointing that no juice was on offer at any time. A variety of cucumber, tomatoes, olives , feta cheese, hard boiled eggs and chips and a scrambled eggs as well as sliced bread . Tables not set and up to us to bring cutlery , cups( no saucers I’m afraid for this 4 star hotel)….The photos are deceiving and the reality contrasts sadly . I would not recommend this place to those who look for a minimum of comfort.The staff however were very courteous.

This was the second time I stayed at Albatros Premier and I have also always recommended this hotel to family and friends as its a lovely humble hotel, with amazing staff who are always ready to help. The breakfast is modest but lovely, A nice clean safe hotel and not to expensive. The Location of the hotel is excellent behind the blue mosque which means Hagia Sofia is literally less then 10 minutes walking distance. I would always be a returning customer. Everything you need in a hotel if you are an explorer and not high maintenance. :D

some of the staffs are not helpful.their focus was making extra money from booking tours. they try to help to book the tour so much. but when we ask help for something else, not much helpful

breakfast was ok for my DAD coz he couldnt eat outside coz of his teeeth issues....i skipped breakfast 3 days coz i loved sleep more than the breakfast...

the room was small and hence required more organised way to make it feel comfy
