Han Hotel Istanbul

The price and cleanliness make up for the shortcomings of this hotel, and being situated not too far from the metro allows for travel across the city into better areas.

The breakfast choice was limited, nothing to scoff at quality-wise. The area isn't really walkable, and one should keep an eye out when being near the roads that consistently have traffic.

I had a wonderful stay at HAN Hotel. The hotel is very neat, clean, and calm, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. It’s located very close to a bus stop, making it easy to travel around the city.The staff was extremely nice and cooperative. Whenever I needed something, they provided it without delay, which I truly appreciated.The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options—one of the best I’ve had in a hotel!The area around the hotel is also quite pleasant, with small markets nearby for any quick shopping or essentials.If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely prefer staying at HAN Hotel again. Highly recommended!

I liked everything during my stay.

The Han Hotel is clean, safe, the staff are nice and the price is way too low! Walking distance to a huge mall with a Migros. Walking distance to the Doğu Sanayi metro stop. If you’re on a budget, I highly recommend it.

The coffee could be better (it is instant)

Since we are from Pakistan the breakfast was not according to our taste. Also breakfast was served cold. Only boiled eggs were hot. Bread slices also not available. Location is also not good as this hotel is far away from any tourist attractions.

Far away from old city. Poor breakfast, no kittle at the room or in common kitchen on the floor. Poor lighting in the rooms.

The staff was friendly

I didn’t like how outdated the hotel was. The rooms m, fitness center and hotel in general needs a renovation. The breakfast was also not very good.

Breakfast is too simpleAlso, it is too far from the city. It took like an hour to get to the city. Also pillow's cotton seemed to be too old that it got so hard. I had to sleet without a pillow

Great breakfast, the room was very clean and it has everything you need. The hotel has a gym and reading spaces. Good internet to do remote work.

Cleany room, nice stuff and great breakfast. I'd like to return for longer stay, not only one night as before.

All was perfect,only location are bit faraway from interntional airport and main atractions.Hotel is in almost industrial corner of Istanbul,but have good connection by Metro (station Dogu Canai).Food and drink options around hotel are almost fine in distance 300-600 meters.Important warning to customers:Dont trust GOOGLE maps with public transport connections,fake information special about buses.Use only metro cross station Dogu Canai.Buses are slow and allways full of people!!!!!Metro is clean ,fast and safe!!!

Trafic around hotel are so busy and some drivers are very agresive to walkers.

The night and day staff aren’t in touch with each other. They do not know anything about what the other said before. I have extended my stay about 3 days right before the first checkout. I chose another cheaper room, and the day staff write me a message that I have to relocate, which was ok for me. In the night before the second check in I asked the night shift, “I need to leave the hotel tomorrow morning very early, if it possible I can relocate to other room”, they said there is no problem you can stay at the same room. I said ok.But tomorrow noon they (the day shift) again sent me a message that you need to relocate, whereas I already left the room in morning. And they did not even apologize for the misunderstanding instead they accused me to be mistaken.They do not have any respect to the guests. I strongly not recommend to stay there.

Variety of breakfasts, no refrigerator in room

The staff is very friendly and attentive, if you need anything they will help you, the breakfast in the morning is very good, lots of choices. We arrived at the hotel early because of a flight, but even though check in was at 2 pm, they let us in at 11 am without any problems. They also have good room service

Only problem I think it's not a good location because it takes about 1.5-2 hours from the hotel to Taksim Square, if you go by metro it's less, although it sometimes took me 2 hours by tram and bus to get back to the hotel from Hagia Sophia, also by bus, there are 31 and 31e numbers from the hotel, which are often very crowded and a bit difficult to travel (maybe we were unlucky, several bus trips were like this), but the good thing is that both the metro and the bus stop are nearby. There are not many food outlets around, I think it's not a very touristy place, if you want to get to know the local life, it's clearly such a place, there are not many food outlets either. The room is good and clean, although it needs updating, for example the floor.

Everything that we needed and even more! Delicious breakfast, comfy bed, clean bathroom. During rainy days, heating was on, so we felt warm when it was cold outside. You can use the laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.

Nice breakfast, very friendly stuff, cool design. The building has many common areas, a gym and a billiard room in the basement. The room was clean. Great choice for the price!

Far from the city center

Communication could have been better as I arrived after midnight and I was trying to call, but no answer . I liked the small private room. Simple, but clean and comfy

I like the location and that is affordable and near to where I wanted to be . Very nice staff specially the lady in the reception

I needed 2 pillows to sleep when they have provided only one … The light in the bathroom stopped working half way through my stay

Cheap and generally clean.

The windows can not be fully closed and therefore noise from the outside can be heard, however there was not too many instances where there was noise other than regular heavy traffic which is more like white noise. Not a lot of sirens or horns. The beds were a bit too soft and breakfast was poor.

Good personal,frech rooms.

Bad food, no choice.
