Location and wonderful staff

Locations is perfect Staff are helpful and nice

Room size was bit small

V clean , comfortable , v very nice shower

Room size , Room service when you order food ( quality of Sandwich not what we requested & time taken for delivery )

Location: it is very close to Galata Tower and sit nearly at the point to cross Bosphorus bridge.

Our room is on the ground floor, window facing a wall and slightly small for 2 persons.

Small room, lobby is not attractive to spend any minutes there

Friendly people and great location

Breakfast was just ok. They made me lovely omelets each day but the fruit was always hard and underripe hard to understand why, in June in Turkey!

Everything…location was perfect, staff were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were very helpful and Shahribanu of guest services was extremely personable, friendly and instructive as it was our first visit to Istanbul ! We spent 5 nights at Galata Istanbul Hotel MGallery and would recommend to everyone.

Nothing to complain about.

Great hotel. Breakfast was great and never too busy. Eggs on demand any style in addition to buffet.. Staff at reception helpful. Lovely room, we had one with a view of the Bosphorous which was lovely to wake up to each morning.Ideal location. Close enough to walk up to Galatta Tower and shops, cafes etc beyond and just a short walk over the bridge to main tourist sites etc

This place deserves 10 out of 10 rating! The Front desk manager Murad and his team went above and beyond. The house keeping staff were simply attentive and always greet you with a smile. The restaurant has astonishing views of historic Istanbul. The pictures honestly don’t do the property justice. Vibrant neighborhood with amazing architecture. Don’t miss the old hammam attached to the hotel. The hotel on it’s own is a destination that is worth taking a trip for. Thank you for an amazing stay experience and service. I will definitely come back again, inshallah ?

I liked the hotel rooms it is big and luxurious.The staff was very friendly and helpful.Also, the location of the hotel is great and has a nice view.

Excellent room, spacious and nicely decorated, wonderful views of the Galata Tower and the Golden Horn. Ideal location to explore the historical neighbourhoods of Istanbul. The two restaurants on the premises are a great option for dining in with a view

The historical hammam is a great addition to the hotel, only the complimentary access does not include a steam room. Smoking is allowed in the Perri restaurant and the staff’s English language skills are limited (but service is friendly)

Love the location, friendly staff and above all cleanliness throughout the hotel

The location in the centre of town (in the most elegant part) and close to all interesting monuments.Very friendly staff eager to help.Impeccably clean room .The marble in the bathroom was extraordinary.Still water was unlimited .

2 Nespresso capsules per day are not enough, in my opinion the mattress could be of better quality (or at least less hard), no wine glass available. Breakfast did not meet the standards of 5 star hotel.

The King sized room with riverfront view was very good. Loved the decor and view. Comfortable bed and not over-heated like some hotel rooms in winter. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good with nice service. Good location and courteous staff.

Excellent location, lovely rooms/ facilities and incredibly helpful staff - particularly the guys on the front desk, who couldn’t be any more accommodating to our request to move rooms mid-stay.

Loved the interior design of rooms, and great location. Nighttime view from the restaurants above were wonderful. Hammam was a bonus surprise

Eye watering prices for drinks. A small bottle of beer and a vodka with coke . £30.
