The are robbers charged too much the location is not good for family night clubs and too much other things going on I can say anything here I hope everyone understands

The breakfast was good and the restaurant family friendly, the room was clean and the staff were helpful and polite.

The room was in the top floor, it was warm and the air conditioner didn't work properly. The staff were helpful but we could not get in touch with them before the trip. It was going to be very useful to get in touch with them before the trip to book a driver from the airport and other activities

The hotel is really nice, the people at the front desk are great and super helpful, the housekeeping lady on the third floor is really sweet.I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was too hot in the room at midnight. They need to control the temperature of central heating.

Loved the price! Breakfast was great.

We had a double room, we had a balcony but it was connected to the emergency exit stairs and another staircase that led to a different part of the hotel so people were coming up and down. Kind of weird but understandable. Our double bed was made of two single beds so we kept having to move them closer. The kettle was broken but it got replaced immediately when we reported it.

We arrived at 7:30 am and our room was ready! Very polite staff

Rooms with almost transparent walls through which I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms, I also had an experience of rain in the room ? then I changed the room where I had the experience of sewer cockroaches that got into the food I had bought for dinner ?‍???! Fun! I won't go there again ???!

Lovely hotel , great location near shopping area , metro and public transport And The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good and The room was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too, very clean ****and The front desk staff all were outstanding and pleasant

Dirty bedsheets, dirty room. The cleaning lady cleans the room with a broom not vacuumcleaner.Cigarettes Smoke smell in all rooms

The hotel is nice ,near aksaray station and restaurants,staff are nice breakfast is delicious

just perfect nice management to deal with very polite and friendly helpful staff

Location is good with Haviast near by for drop off/pick up to/from the airport. Tram, metro and buses nearby. Plenty shops, cafe and restaurants close by. Walking distance to Fatih, Beyazit and main tourist spots. This is the second time I have stayed here and I would stay again.

I think you could improve a little on the breakfast selection to include example toast to accomodate the children who may not eat cereal or the other selection of food available.

The staff mainly. Madam GUL and the manager were so helpful and friendly. The location beside Yenikapi metro station. The breakfast is too good.

First all the employees are very good.The rooms are very clean and safe.I love the breakfast. I enjoyed it very much. I"ll come back again.

The room's facilities were old. The wallpapers and wooden floor tiles could be renewed, and the room's cleanliness should be increased.Finally, although none of our belongings were lost or missing, the hotel cleaner seemed to tamper with our luggage every time.
