Property is near to Haram, 14 min walkable distance

Not good for Elderly people because Hotel located on Mountain, Ajyad road.

The receptions officers are great, had problem with shower and they fixed it after 3 days, (we stayed a week) that was bit annoying other than that everything was great

The breakfast buffet amazing delicious ? and Ali room cleaner is also good ? man...... Good Location

Great location, it’s near the Taksim square. Easy to catch all major public transportation stations.

The location of the hotel is on the up hills, need to take stairs and climb up to get to the property. The cleaning crew only showed up once for my 5 days stay to change towels and fill up necessities. The property is near a night club, can be very loud at night. Breakfast room is a bit small.

Near to taksim square

Reaching the hotel by walk is very difficult, the hotel in the below level location and you have to walk through stairs to reach from / to taksim square.

Spacous rooms with facilities and attentive staffs,great location and nice balcony.breakfast was nice and acceptable.

The staff were nice

The room was dirty, the bed sheets seemed used full of hairs. The room was dark and the bathroom had a smell and made water noise. Unfortunately we had booked 4nights there and we had to leave and find another hotel. Don’t let the pictures fool you, you can find a way better hotel for the same price.

Disgusting place.

Location, dirty room, mold, bad smells.They sell tours 10 times more expensive.Nobody's cleaning the rooms.Very bad breakfast.Old and broken furniture in the room.Noise at night from the disco and cats.No english at the reception.No view from the room like in room description of what i booked. Lights not working, only few, feel like a cave.

Everything was perfect all the crew in the hotel was very professional and helpful best stay I ever see and hotel location was perfect neat taksim square

Cleanliness and room size

location - You have to use stairs till the hotel, its bit difficult when you have to walk with luggageYou can hear lots of music noise coming from surroundings till late night. Disturbance in sleeping.

Contrary to the information provided on Booking.com by the hotel owner, our selected room did not have a kitchen. After raising concerns and complaints about this issue, our room was upgraded from a standard room to a suite, yet it still lacked basic kitchen amenities! Bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and the room’s overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory! The room had no view at all; the only thing visible from the window was the buildings directly in front, just three meters away. Meanwhile, the area was very noisy during nights, due to the loud music played by clubs or others in the neighborhood. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, proper cleaning was often neglected, and even basic supplies like bottled water and tea bags were not replenished. The toilet had a water leak beneath it, causing the bathroom floor to be constantly wet. The bathroom and toilet space were extremely small. Many in-room facilities, such as the electric kettle, TV remote, and safe, were not functional. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly limited and of very poor quality. We had to endure the same repetitive subpar breakfast for two whole weeks! The elevator had technical issues, often failing to operate or shaking violently during movement. The hotel's accessibility was also problematic, reaching it required climbing numerous stairs with luggage. Additionally, getting to Taksim square involved walking up an extremely steep street, more akin to a mountain slope! The images of the rooms and hotel facilities uploaded on Booking.com are far more appealing and exaggerated compared to reality. In my opinion, this is a deliberate and clever form of misrepresentation intended to attract travelers!In conclusion, I believe this hotel, at best and with generosity, is no more than a two-star hotel!

Everything! I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul, just a stone’s throw from Taksim Square, and it was an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome.If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Istanbul, I highly recommend this hotel!Sevgili arkadaşlar her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!! I stayed at this hotel with my family; we were a group of eleven people, including three children. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. Although we were aware that check-in time was later, we still had to wait over four hours in the reception area until our rooms were ready. During this time, no refreshments or even a simple glass of water were offered. The manager we dealt with was unprofessional and rude, which made the situation even more unpleasant.Throughout our stay, the rooms were not cleaned unless we specifically requested it. While the breakfast was decent for the price paid and the location was convenient, these were the only positive aspects of our experience. Communication was difficult, as most of the staff spoke very limited English, and overall, their attitude towards us was disrespectful. Additionally, my father accidentally left his leather jacket in the room. When we contacted the hotel, they claimed it was never found, which we believe was not true. It was an expensive jacket, and it was very disappointing to receive no support or understanding regarding this matter.When we checked out, there was not even a polite goodbye, despite the fact that we had booked four rooms. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
