Taksim Star Hotel

It was in a great location.

TV station could of been in multi language, needed what and not what to do in the room. All they had were menues.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing at all except the location was true.

The staff are liars, the room not clean, we take 3 rooms at the same floor all room nit cleaned tell we leave. It has restaurant at the ground floor with a open kitchen that have bad smell every time morning and evening

Not clean and clear misrepresentation of stars. I made this reservation in the request for a friend they chose the hotel and I made the. They reservation for them. They expressed disappointment overall.

Clean room, firm bed, nice view, a great supermarket next door. Not expensive.

Extremely noisy location wirh a nightclub playing very loud music until 2.30am. Lots of police sirens and men screaming on the street below until dawn. Breakfast buffet in a nearby hotel was underwhelming. No wifi password given at check-in. No numbers to call front desk etc from the room phone. 2 remotes for the TV with no manual so no TV. Waterkettle without an outlet for the plug.. had to move it to the nightstand beside the bed. And no cup to drink coffee or tea. Just a small glass. Huge showerhead and no handheld shower was awkward. Tiniest closet of any hotel I ever stayed in. Uncomfortable overstuffed pillows. But the worst by far was the ruckus outside! Good location for nightlife but an awful location for a good nights rest

The location was close to Isteklal street

Too much noise of the streetNot very cleanNo good lighting

The beds were extremely dirty, the internet speed was very slow and kept disconnecting, the door to the room was stuck and couldn't be opened easily, a lot of water was leaking into the room from the split air conditioner, the TV remote didn't work,...

Clean and good aesthetic roomsLocation is the bestAnd staff is very niceSpecially Mr.Jihad very nice personUnderstand every situation and helps alot

Property little old needs maintenance but overall its value to money location wise

The stay was really nice and comfortable. Staff were amazing and very helpful Burhan, Hamza, and Jehan. Very nice people and they offered so much help. The location was close to everything and taksim was about 2 minutes walking. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when we come to Istanbul.

My experience at the hotel was fantastic—welcoming staff, clean and cozy rooms, and a perfect location. The service was attentive, and every detail made the stay feel special. I’d definitely come back!

Location. There are stores and places with different food near. Perfect view.

Shower periodically is not working. Cards for door became broken every two days. Breakfast in another hotel.

It’s my favourite hotel in Taksim with kind staff

This time the breakfast was limited choices and the main dish was only boiled eggs for that I didn’t went again for breakfast this time as my booking was with breakfast I only had it once because of the limited choices

My room was very nice and clean and the view was amazing at the sea and the location was very good near to every thing esteklal street and taksim square. and the transportation is very easy. Thank you ?

Location was good and staff was friendly.

They rent the part off lobby to Indian restaurant and was not enough place to seat for hotel guests and there was food smell all day in hotel and they give breakfast at another hotel which is 500 meters away and wasn’t good at all ,

Location Staff specially Borhan and tariq

Outside noisy

No things

1- Dishonesty2- For the third time, failure to comply. I paid for a specific room, and they told me it was not available3 - Old furnishings4- cleanliness

Mr Tariq was very nice. The location.Nice view from breakfast terrace.

Windows were closed very well and are not anti loud noises from outside, believe me Taksim and car horns are very loud. The breakfast at the building beside the one of start hotel which is their partner hotel. Breakfast was very much below average, not that well organized and the staff were not tidy. But nice view over the city.
