New Inn Hotel Old Town

I loved my stay at the New Inn Hotel!! The room was amazing, it was clean. The staff were very friendly, especially Mehmet! The view from the room was also amazing! Although the hotel is close to the street but the rooms were very quiet and I wasn’t affected by the noise at all.The hotel is close to everything. Supermarket, pharmacy, tram, metro, and even a dentist! Highly recommended ♥️

The only thing I didn’t like is they only offered two bottles of water per day..

I spent a week at New Inn Hotel with my wife and our toddler, and overall we had a good experience. The welcoming atmosphere really stood out — the staff were warm, polite, and always available when needed. Our room was a big plus: clean, very spacious, and perfect for managing a toddler. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, we were given a quiet room on the backside and enjoyed peaceful nights.One thing we absolutely loved was the smell throughout the hotel — in the corridors and even inside the elevator. It gave a fresh, calming feeling every time we passed by.However, there are areas that need improvement. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the pillows were extremely soft — so soft that we actually considered buying our own during our stay.The main issue, and something that needs urgent attention, is the breakfast. It was very poor: “first come, first served,” with many items running out for guests who come later. There was almost no variety, and the overall taste was disappointing. I would genuinely prefer an optional upgraded breakfast for an extra 10 EUR per night (for example) because the current free breakfast simply does not meet expectations.On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent — right next to transportation and in a part of Istanbul I discovered for the first time, which I found amazing.Thank you, New Inn Hotel, for the hospitality. With some improvements, especially to the breakfast and bedding, this could easily be a top choice in the area.

I liked everything about the hotel itself. It was the third time I stayed there. It was even better than before.

The only negative point was the taxi they took for us to the airport. The driver didn’t know English at all.He was texting and speaking simultaneously with two mobiles! And didn’t pay attention to our cautions!

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Everything was well-organized and super clean. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. As a family, we felt very comfortable. The hotel’s location is close to everything, and the most important point — the cleanliness was outstanding

The room is ok. It is big and clean. There is a fridge but it is empty, so there is no mini bar. Breakfast could be better, it was too poor, and the same every day. The restaurant is small and if you came at 9.30 a.m. there are no seats.

The hotel was in a good location with a bus stop nearby and tram stop 10 minute walk. All staff members were always pleasant and very welcoming. Breakfast was good.

Bathrooms need updating.

The Hotel is really nice, clean and as it says in the title, it’s new.As part of the old city, it’s really close to the main turist points in Istanbul. For us that was a big plus. Good breakfast also.The staff were really friendly and nice and most important very helpful. We really enjoyed our time here so we recommend.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Especially I want to thank you hotel desk and Ali. He was amazing in doing his job. Always help with questions not only related to the hotel but to the city. Happy to stay there next time. I was really surprised the quality! It is better than famous 5 star hotel chains, believe me.

A special thanks to Absalan and Rejab for their exceptional assistance in accommodating my late checkout request due to my late flight — I truly appreciate it.As for my stay, the hotel’s location is excellent, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Istanbul and will gladly recommend it to my friends and family.

We arrived to warm smiles and a smooth check-in. Our room was clean, inviting, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. Everything felt fresh, promising a great stay.

The room was beautiful and spacious, location was great (many nice affordable restaurants close by, there’s a mall close by, multiple supermarkets), sound proof windows, the people working in the hotel were very nice and always there to help you.

The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Ali was especially helpful.
