Hilton Istanbul Bakirkoy

The pool

No bath robes Entry level coffee Wine way way over priced

Staff, location, communications, executive lounge, room size, bath room size are all beyond my expectations. I liked Bakirkoy area as its central to Istanbul and Florya neighborhoods.

The staff are amazing and very welcoming, especially the manager, Mr. Artin. He personally texted me to ask if I needed any help. He is truly excellent.

The services and the location

I loved how the bathroom was designed directly into the view of the beautiful sea . Amazing close location from Bakirkoy bazaar . BEST thing is their amazing staff ! So charmful and helpful , i really recommend any couple or family to book in this amazing hotel for their trip to be way more relaxed and comfortable.

An outstanding service and hospitality I received during my recent stay at Hilton Istanbul Bakirkoy. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a team that exemplifies true hospitality, always smiling, attentive, and eager to assist. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards. The breakfast service offered an impressive variety, and the food was consistently fresh and flavorful, contributing greatly to my overall experience.

The problem of expensive paid parking

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager for the exceptional hospitality and attention to every detail. A truly pleasant stay.

No thing

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bakırköy. The view was amazing, the hotel was very clean, and the food was very nice.

The facilities are great and its a comfortable place to come back to ! The staff were great and we had a beautiful sea view room which was amazing.

My personal experience was great but my only negative comment is related to hygiene like the sofa bed (it was dusty)

Very good, very clean, staff very kindly. Food is good, for me location is very good. Amazing view.

Smooth airport transfer and check in, Perfect location with both sea and city view. Stepped out of the room for breakfast and housekeeping done before returning to the room. Nice staffs and always ready to help out.

It was very clean and had nice rooms

They charged me for parking the spa and ham am were double the price of the nicer ones we went to. They told me the lounge was on the 11th floor, but when I went there, they wouldn’t allow me inside without diamond status. The food in the restaurant was so so and very very expensive. The security was insane. We went through a bomb scanning every time we drove in metal detectors at every door. I guess that might be a good thing.

This property was beautiful, from the front entryway to the rooms being spacious. The staff were extremely friendly, from the Guest Services manager and the restaurant staff. It was a very enjoyable stay, and the amenities were as described. I would absolutely recommend guests to stay at this property, it was our first time visiting the city and the property was close to so many landmarks!

Some of the managers like the guest relations manger tried to make their best to get things right

The place looks old and neglected No cleaning . No care for how the hotel looks or smells

The hotel design, it’s location in a lovely Bakirkoy. Exceptional polite staff especially the elegant man Mr.Altin (guest relation). The reception staff was cooperative and make things easy.I am highly recommending it for other
