WiFi was OK. Hotel is old and needs renovation

Nothing, the room was innaceptable for guests, no breakfast, the service customer was poor.

The room looke worst than a prison cell. I asked them to change my room when i arrived, they told me they will cahnge it in the morning. I went to the reception in the morning, they said the room will be ready a few hours later. I went to the reception again, they said all the rooms are booked, only tommorow they can change it. So, they changed the room for the last night. The new one was ok, not comparable to the first one. When i arrived i asked for business invoice for my company. They said, tommorow. I went to the reception, they said the invoice will be generated when i check out. I asked to do it now because i will be in a hurry to the airport. They said that's not possible, only when i check out. I went to the reception before the checkout, there was a lady who didn't speak english, she called her boss and he gave her instructions to do my invoice. She couldn't do my invoice so i left and i asked for a whatsapp number to contact them after that and to send me the invoice. She gave me a number but at that number nobody is answering. So, it's a bad hotel with bad conditions with poor customer service, without breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it ti nobody.

They cancelled my reservation on the ground that I arived late, around 9.00 pm. There no place where is it stated they could cancel my booking without asking me. I had to search other place to stay, late in the night! That was not very pleasant, at all! Thank you!

Ver bad hotelThey cancelled booking on the day then claimed its cancelled due to not showing up. When I arrived at 6 pm they said they are fully booked. The guy at the reception took me to another hotel across the road. Room was so dirty . Sheets were not replaced from previous occupant. Noise were every where all the time. The hotel hired a teenage guy who did not speak English at the reception and on top if that was rude.

There were many bedbugs. The manager said he could not take the money from my bank account and asked me to pay cash which I did. I have since discovered he then took the money from my account on the day I left. I have not found a receipt; and I believe he did all that deliberately.

Location is close to all amenities and sea town side

The hotel need a good refurbish as it's old hotel, mattress need to be changed some of them. .cleaners need to clean and hoover in the corners of the rooms..some of the walks are cracked ..TV sometime is working sometimes not ..

The property is in a very good location. It is only a short walk away from numerous sightseeing places. These include The Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosques, Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar.

In my room the wallpaper was coming off the walls and in the corridors there was a lot of rubble that looked like they were redoing some of the floors. The elevator sometimes doesnt take you to the correct floor and can stop randomly for a few seconds whilst taking you to your floor.

I did not get any information about breakfast ,the location was good because you could go to close places of history in Istanbul.

The staff could be better ,the room cleaning could be more proffesional but it was not ,the guy with suite who works in the hotel at morning most was nice in begging order for me taxi so I gonna go take out money from the bank but the bank card was stuck in Turkiye bankasi,then i explain to the hotel guy about the situation but he threatened me and also the taxi guy to him money for the way he came and I said how ,I dont have any card and he was thinking i was lying ,he embarrassed me front of people with no heart and my flight time going ,then i somehow thank the Creator of heaven and earth that helped me take the taxi cheaper in Taksim

Of the entire staff, one person speaks English. and he's not in the hotel every day. there was never a cleaning, the water once turned off for the whole day. the most disgusting Internet speed that I saw in Turkey, very slow, I had to distribute it from my phone to work

Had to leave after first night.

Had to leave after first night. Reception area too narrow. Men wanted my room number and since corridor is too narrow in reception I couldn't avoid them. Lots of sounds besides the poor room. Even the sheets were torn! Too noisy. When I told the staff what happened he just starred and said nothing. When I contacted them on whatsapp they said I don't have any proof!!! Was not even refunded.

Zafer was an amazing guy, his attitude is very positive, very respectful and going extra mile to make you feel at home.The Black Lady receptionist was okay too but if I ever come back to Istanbul I'll be coming back to your Hotel because of Zafer. Great guy

Bit of construction going on and very noisy during the day. But it's not that bad.

Behaviour of reception desk staff is very much cordial & sincere

The room is too much small & noise comes from busy road. The hotel has no room service.

Unsanitary conditions, bedbugs.

Unsanitary conditions. There are a lot of bedbugs in the bed.When leaving the hotel in the same day, they refused to return the money and were "afraid" to wake up the owner in 11p.m. for solving of "huge" refund for a one day.Better get some normal hostel then this crap.Mass complaints to the sanitary inspectorate may correct the situation, but not the attitude towards people

There were lot of bed bugs in the room. Bed bugs were even on the walls. Did not got my money back. The staff did not spoke English.

There were lots of bed bugs, the ceiling was leaking, bed covers were wet due to the leak, towels were very dirty and no electricity. all staff very rude and arrogant.

Location.

The smell of the room was horrible, the manager promised me that the room won't have any bed bugs which was a complete lie as in the 3rd night of staying here I experienced how much all the recent reviews in Google are correct. Basically this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Turkey, I couldn't wait for the checkout. Stay away from this terrible zero star hotel.

I didnt like it

very rude staff, the lady doesnt even look at you and chat on her laptop all the time, the guy in the morning is very rude and use the fact that booking is blocked and double the price price if you want to be extend your stay. he sitter and showing the baseball stick behind him to scare guesy
