Too small bath room with open shower The staff needs to be a little bit more interactive, helpful and tolerant especially with children

The location was perfect for our trip. The staff was super friendly and able to take care of our check in needs. The beds were comfortable and the WIFI worked great. The breakfast was super!

The location

The location of the hotel is central. There are many cafes, restaurants, historical places, museums, shops, etc. around. Laleli tram stop is very close. Metro stations Vezneciler,Yenikapi and Aksaray are 10-15 minutes' walk from hotel.The hotel is clean,the staff is professional. Breakfast is delicious. Mr. Ismail is a very professional worker,attentive and ready to help people.

Nothing, neither receptions hosts are good nor the services are good. Wifi is not working in rooms, you can complaint 1000 times, but they won’t resolve this. Worthless place to stay. There are many other and affordable places there in surroundings.

The people that work at the hotel are not cooperative at all they let me lose 312 dollar .because they did not agree to change my reservation date

Location is excellent. Near to tram and metro train to access main locations like SultanAhmet and Taksim. Reception staff's cooperation was also excellent. They take complaints seriously. Housekeeping was also perfect. Our soaps and towels were changed daily.

Breakfast. No good variety. Even cappacino/espresso etc coffee was not available. Especially at the entrance of restaurant, a guy asks for room no for entry purpose. This really seems very awkward. Secondly, no tea coffee or even complimentary water bottles for the room. We stayed six nights, used 2 water bottles from the mini bar and had to pay for it. Washrooms are also very tiny.

they not clear about their services when u check out they surprise you to pay extra money for the mini bar at the room ( 2 water 2 soft drinks 2 chips ?) 750lira and actually it’s cost just 50 lira- the breakfast every day same I think they just warm it

Location is very good close to all shops, to grand Bazar and metro.

The room wasn't clean. Food even hadn't taste at all. The room almost hadn't lights. In the morning it's OK because of windows but at night it's very dark in the room

Comfortable, straight in the grand bazar, near parking, very helpful and nice stuff, they have depo for the luggage, good breakfast

The location of the hotel was very good and close to the tramway. The hotel was also very good looking and it had some nice interior. The restaurant was also very big and had a lot of chairs to make us of.

The thing that could have been better might have been the selection of the breakfast table. They could have had more cheese options and more options of sliced boloney. Just so you could mix it up a little bit. The toilet in the bathroom was located in a really bad location. If you are over 170 cm you would not be able to sit straight on the toiletseat, since you would have to sit a cross on it, because it is so close to the showering area.

All staff are very tough and aggressive. They are unhelpful. They don't care about guests. They make you feel that you are staying freely at their hotel. They are doing the minimum of their job. Impolite, disrespectful, non smiley, careless. The hotel is looking so good and beautiful, but the cleaning of the rooms is very poor. Dust is everywhere in the room and bathroom.All kind of shampoos are very bad quality. They put some drinks and food in the fridge, but it's not free and they didn't inform us that's not free.Water is 10 TR and outside is maximum with 3 TR.No coffee machine and coffee bags in the room as it is mentioned in the booking. The cost is very expensive in relation to the service.If they want to leave the hotel, they don't care.I booked the biggest room but they give me the small one.Shower chamber is very small.The breakfast is very poor and invariable.I resided 11 night and I had my breakfast 2 times only due to it's poor quality. I don't recommend it for anyone.
