very friendly staff; good location; modern rooms

Room was abit small and dark, lighting of the rooms could be improved. Hotel breakfast was ok but I think it was overpriced (---‚¬ per person). Having said all these, overall I think it was a great hotel with absolutely wonderful staff.

This hotel has great views depending on the room type you choose and location near Taksim Square. It was very convenient to where I needed to be. Getting around Istanbul is no picnic especially at each end of the working day but there are plenty of taxis.

The staff is very very friendly and welcoming, they send us a cake for my husband’s birthday; also, every time we return to the hotel someone was there to help us to come in with the stroller. Every time i order something it comes in few minutes.

This hotel truly made our trip to Istanbul unforgettable, honestly one of the best parts of our visit. Jerry at the front desk and Serkan were really kind, helpful, and welcoming. In fact, the entire staff did their best to make sure we had a good experience. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from Taksim. A great choice If you’re looking to explore the heart of Istanbul.Our room had a sea view that we couldn’t get enough of. If you’re booking, definitely go for one of the upper-floor rooms, it’s absolutely worth it!And the breakfast was just amazing. We liked everything about it. the variety, the freshness, the cozy setting, and the team.

Everything was as expected and as I wished for. Location, cleaned and staff polite and helpful ?

GEZI hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the busy tourist streets. Spotless and beautifully designed. Room was well equipped with a very comfortable bed, loveseat by the window with a C-side table perfect for reading or working, and a spacious bathroom with plenty of shelving. The staff were friendly and attentive, with special thanks to Serkan for his excellent assistance and to Omit at the reception for ensuring a smooth check-in.The location is great for exploring Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, and about a 15-minute walk to the waterfront ferries. It’s quite far from Sultanahmet and Besiktas, so a taxi is best.

A few small improvements could make the experience even better: restaurant service in the evening was quite slow - at times even absent - despite few guests, and vacuuming on the guest floor started too early (after 9:30 a.m. would help guests sleep longer or enjoy a quieter morning). To match the hotel’s otherwise high standards, I would also recommend including an espresso/coffee machine in the rooms (instead of instant coffee) and perhaps smart TVs.

Staff were friendly, gracious, and professional. Hospitality showed; during check-in, we were invited to tea on the restaurant balcony while our room was being prepared. Comfortable bed. Free valet parking. High-floor rooms are spacious and have lovely views.

The Garden View room is tight and its “view” is to a wall over a sunken courtyard (when we requested upgrade options, one of the receptionists warmly offered a complimentary upgrade to next class of room, which was larger and had a real view). The bathrooms are tight. No in-room coffee pod machine; instant coffee provided instead. The hotel provides only one complimentary bottle of water per day. The breakfast buffet wasn’t enticing.

This is the kind of hotel you'll keep coming back to: perfectly placed in a prime neighbourhood within easy walking distance of attractions, dining, and transport.
