The only thing about this place is it's in good location .

They purposely shut down the power of at middle of the night . We stayed there for 4 nights and we couldn't sleep at all because of this . Full of scamming tourist people in may ways.

Breakfast was good also the location

Staff too pushy, they didnt clean my room in one day, not a free bottle of water, one day i found a blood spot in one sheet and it wasnt mine. You can hardly communicate in english with reception. They have a mini bar with a clear door and a bright bulb, i had to unplug the minibar to be able to sleep, reception didnt help

Hotel was so clean and room services well responded, breakfast was good.

Swimming pool supervisor refused to let me swim before I had to purchase from him a plastic head cap (cover) at an exaggerated price. Nobody had informed me before of this requirement.

The housekeeping is very professional, the staff is very good.

Wifi coverage is very bad, and the kids entertainments are boring.

Fits i booked a toom and when we arrived the manager of the hotel showed me another bad room with a bad view of the store , so we said we didn’t book that room , he said we have a good room with best view but you have to pay me 100$ more , so its abusing, be careful

Not every day the room service cleans good ! Sometimes i find the bedroom barely cleaned and the breakfast is good and could be better !

The Location is amazing but the pool was freezing cold the entire time, complained multiple times still no improvement. Breakfast buffet was very mediocre

Cleanliness, there were bed bugs please don't stay there with children. The toilets were smelt badly. Air condition was not working. Breakfast needs improvement. Heigine is not at all.

The staff is not very helpful, and there is no water available nearby if needed. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, and there is no proper lounge to sit and relax.

The location is very good, close to the tram, metro, Grand Bazaar, and Hagia Sophia. The breakfasts are tasty and diverse.

The room was very hot (I stayed in January), and the air conditioning was not working. Despite reporting this issue to the reception, no one repaired the air conditioning.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location, conveniently situated less than one minute from the tram, four to five minutes from the metro, and a sixteen-minute walk from Yenikapi train/metro station. The rooftop restaurant provides premium, high-quality dining. Reception and room service are consistently exemplary, with staff providing exceptional service and support.

The guest rooms are kinda small and a bit dark, but breakfast is okay, nothing fancy, but it'll fill you up.

We was a group of 12 people and we don’t like the way we been treated and also nothing is working there like indoor pool

I like cleaner ladies, they were efficient and kind

Reception staff were very unhelpful, especially when they arrived with two kids late at night, they did not offer any help or water. No facility information. They made me feel like it was a mistake even booking that hotel. The leisure ladies around the swimming pool area were unhelpful and rude.

Rooms and the hotel are clean

Staff could be more friendly, and something that was very upsetting was first morning during breakfast in the middle of the meal a waiter approached and took the plate from our child while she was still eating, also in the morning during buffet breakfast you will often find missing cutlery, either fork or knife would miss so you would have to take from another table. Room was comfortable, Hotel is clean. The only complaint is the lack of quality on staff end.

bath rooms light was not working, bath room ventilation was not working, the Ac or air circulation of the rooms was not good and working properly. the break fast for so so, wifi was not working... the luggage storage was available and good. the staff was good and friendly. location is good.
