Constantinopolis Hotel

My room was upgraded free of charge. it was great. Check in was easy and the men who worked there were nice.

The hot water heater was not working in the shower and the water was really cold.

Staff good

Clean. Had restaurant with hotel that you can use for food.etc. Cooperative staff

Location small street hilly. Difficult to go to the place with luggage on foot.

This hotel will put you in a tiny damp basement room if you arrive in the middle of the night because they know you have no choice but to stay. This is a tactic they use after overbooking. Make sure that you keep that in mind if you plan on arriving later in the night.

They have rooms in an underground basement area that they they don’t advertise as such

Only had the breakfast once, which was in the cafe across the street, it was okay. Room was always made up nicely with fresh bottles of water. The location was fantastic for most landmarks in the city, and a short walk to the T1 tram

WiFi is abysmal. I measured it a couple of time on fast.com and it registered less than 1 Mbps. Made it difficult to connect to people or research where to go

Close to the blue mosque. Very small but clean and comfortable. Minimal.

The staff was horrible. Not once did anyone say hello or welcome. Unapproachable. İ am not Turkish but I do speak Turkish. No Turkish hospitality. İ was told by message breakfast not included but could be purchased. That means leaving the hotel and going to a restaurant. Never got more shampoo or soap than the one that was there when I checked in. I stayed a week.If you're looking for just the essentials, it's fine. if you think they can help you manage your trip or the next leg of the trip or helpful suggestions, no.

Bad location hard to find

Very friendly stuff , ready to help with everything! The room was clean, good size, great Matracess for a good sleep , bathroom very good , windows to open for fresh air !

The location was difficult , we could not park with our car in front of the hotel and had to pay extra for nearby parking. On the same little steep street were couple of delivery businesses so it was very noisy day and night . If the hotel was not in this location , it would hit the 10 score .

This place was amazing. I left my AirPods in a massage place and they got them back, it speaks about their honesty. The hotel is pretty close from Haggia Sophia and Blue Mosque!Highly recommended! Their staff was very amazing and kind.

The stuff was excellent ! Clean and nice place , rooms were large enough , bathroom also.

The spot is very difficult , tiny street with some Coureer or something something similar business right next to the hotel . Constant noise if you open the windows . Day and night .The car was parked close by but not comfortable and we had to pay extra for parking.

It is clean and comfortable. Located at the very center of Istanbul (Fatih), near tourist attractions, shops, and tram stations.

Our window was looking at the construction site. It is a bit steep to reach the hotel, which is not suitable for older people.

It was a great experience. I felt welcome. The staff was absolutely friendly and supported me with all of my questions regarding getting around and what to see and where to eat. The bed was super comfy and clean. I got fresh towels daily, the bins emptied, tea and water refilled daily.

The bathroom doesn't have a window and the room doesn't have a view.

The hotel is very close to main attractions and public transportation hub: just a few minutes walk. The staff are supportive if you ask for help.

The hotel is just 350m from the tram station, but it was a very challenging route to walk with 45-degree stony slopes, especially with heavy luggage. I guess this is the same situation among the hotels in the Sultanahmet area.I wish the hotel had informed me in advance so I could have planned another method to access the hotel. Luckily it was walking down during the arrival. When leaving the hotel, to avoid walking up the steep and rocky roads, l was supported by the hotel staff with the uber booking to the metro station, which I really appreciated.One more thing I did not like is the sockets were not available at the head of the bed for convenience.

This hotel was a good value and nice quality room. It was a large room, AC worked great, bathroom was big. Staff was helpful. No complaints here!

Convenient location

I made the reservation, specialy for the free parking option, but when I arrived they told me that I have to pay 20€ (almost as the price of the room). They also changed this option on booking site, but I know what reservation I made and what filters I chose

The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any request. We want to thank Anwar, Denice, and another guy we didn't get his name but he was also very helpful without waiting for us to ask him. The only point, which we can't take against them, is that a transportation city card costs 175 LR (not free), and we are writing this for the benefit of other people to know that the hotel is accessible by public transportation.

it is near the Grand Bazaar and the Main Square

the property was hard to find from the airport as the signage was very small (could be made bigger). i left my sony headphone at the reception. when I contacted the reception ( literally I was heading to the airport after realising I left it at the hotel) they said it was not there. I was sure it was there as it was my last place I stayed before I headed to airport. it is impossible it was not there but they deliberately said it was not there
