Room sold/advertised was Deluxw king size with city view. Room I recieved was trash/ and neighbour apartment kitchen view. Bathroom shower faucet was broken, and tub would not drain.Front desk did not address issues.

This hotel is over rated, not even 4 star. Staff at front desk and reservation are rude and helpless.

Beautiful view of Istanbul! Great location. Friendly and professional stuff.

When we checked in the room, there were food crumps and a big stain under the coffee table.

Very poor hygiene, room not ready upon check-in, doesn¿t have essential items, rude staff, bathtub fills up and doesn¿t drain while showering, poor service and experience overall. Wish I had read the other reviews before booking based on the brand name.

Broken garbage can in the bathroom, broken lamp shade by the bedside, TV does not work for channels in the menu, the add on to pay for Movies was not available, the windows were smeared with bird poop, air conditioning vent blows right at person by desk

The hotel is located very close to the sea and has an amazing view. The hotel personnel were very prompt and courteous.

The hotel food is ridiculously overpriced. But that's expected.

The staff is terrible, rude and entitled and disrespectful, a bit racist as well. I’ve asked for plates and cutlery to the room and my dad also asked for them and 2 hrs passed by and no one came. My dad went down to get the plates and heat up some food they got for me as this was on my wedding reception day. They kept sending him back and forth to go the kitchen and manager and main desk. In the end they said the policy was not to heat outside food and my problem is they could say that in the first place. Now as soon as my local in-laws came in, staff had very different behaviour. If these people do not want to serve foreigners or tourists then they shouldn’t be working at the hotel, just close it or find a different job. I’ve never had this experience before in any hotel anyway, very rude behaviour in general and very unprofessional gestures and facial expression that tells you you are not welcome there. They went above and beyond for the booking that my partner made under his room as he was a local person.

The hotel could have one of the best locations on the Anatolian Side. During my three days stay in Istanbul, I took the ferry from Moda to cross the sea several times. The dock is only five minutes away from the hotel, so I never had to worry about getting stuck in the city’s traffic.The front desk staff were polite and professional. They treated each other in a friendly manner in front of the guests. The housekeeping staff also did a great job every time.

The “Lagazetta” Restaurant, which also offers room service, was a bit hard to reach by phone. Each time I called, my first attempt went unanswered, and they picked up on my second or third try. On my first day, I assumed that it might just be a rush hours for them. But the same thing happened on the following days at different hours. So if you think you might get hungry, it’s a good idea to plan ahead and allow at least half an hour just to place your order.I also felt a little uncomfortable seeing such a strong security presence at the entrance, and the staff didn’t always come across as warm or welcoming. While I appreciate the importance of safety, the approach at times felt more like entering a military base or that kind of restricted area than arriving at a hotel. With the help of modern technology and a few guest friendly adjustments, I’m sure the hotel could maintain its high security standards while creating a more relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

The hotel was beautiful in terms of location and the place is close to a tourist street and nice restaurants.

What I didn't like was the price difference for the rooms between floors and the check-in and check-out policy. It's not reasonable or logical to have a 30% difference for just 5 hours.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. It is close to evcerything.

The staff ignored our requests to repair the hand shower that was leaking. I paid for a 25 square meters room, but they gave me a 20 square meter room. When I protested, they demanded proof, which did not appear on the reservation sheet. I tried to access Bookings.com, but the site was inaccessible in Turkey. The hotel did not provide toiletries, in violation of what they announced on the site. When I exclaimed about the reason for not providing toiletries, they said they were proecting the envionment. They added that they provide them only upon request and, therefore, I had to request thm daily and tipping room service to supply hem. The night before I departed, I gave them four freeze packs to put in the freezer overnight because I planned on buying cheese and take them home. I repeated that they ought to store them in the freezer, not the cooling section. They said they fully understood my request. Next morning, when I they returned the frezze packs, they were not frozen. They apologized and asked for more time. I gave them four additional hours but the freeze packs were still in a liquid form. The Tv did not work well, may be because of poor internet connection. Rain and wind disrupted reception.

The location was great. The staff was also very kind. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were big enough.

Sometimes it could be a bit more noisy. It was not a problem for me, but my wife had more issues with the noises of the street.

You guys have spoiled and showered us with love and respect. The courtesy of staff specially morning smiles of chef Recape has really touched our whole family. I didnt like the fact that now I have to wait till next vacations.

Location, inside pool. Rooms on an upper levels offer a spectacular view towards Bosphorus. Good breakfast.

Restaurant and bar extremely expensive. Rooftop pool small. Everything a bit worn and sloppily maintained. One evening my wife left a small plastic bag with several small purchases at the bar. We reported this the next morning but we never recovered it. They delayed the investigation until we had to check out. Two days. We were very disappointed with the way they handled the situation. We were not allowed to see the surveillance footage.
