The hotel demonstrated exceptional hospitality from the very first interaction at the front desk. The staff assisted us with an upgrade that granted access to the Executive Lounge, where we enjoyed unlimited coffee, snacks, drinks, and dinner. Suleiman and Ismail at the Executive Lounge were particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The front desk team also helped arrange our tour for the following day and guided us to the nearby metro station, making it easy to reach the city centre.The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. The bathroom was modern and equally well-stocked. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, high quality, and offering a wide range of cuisines. The Executive Lounge matched this standard, with a high-quality dinner and an impressive selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.Overall, it was a splendid stay and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay outside Istanbul’s busy city centre while still enjoying a refined and elevated experience.

The location is a bit far from the city centre, almost 10-20 minutes by taxi, but there is a metro station that is a 5 minute walk away. The dinner timing of the Executive Lounge is a bit too early, a timing of 7pm-8pm or 8pm-10pm would have been better. The main course section of the executive lounge could have been expanded, as the rice and onion rings were repeated over the two days we stayed there

Requested non-smoking rooms and they can provide the same. Many thanks for very supportive staffs ( Funda, Selahattin, Gumas). spent few days here to work online. Free internet connections was sufficient for meetings and online working (however you cannot use it to download inroom dining menu :) hotel has good facilities (gym , pools, shuttle service to istinye park ). Breakfast was standard, perhaps they can upgrade the egg station to prepare menemen or egg benedict instead of just standard omelette

initially thought it was an apartment since the facility written as "two-bedrooms Family room", but actually it was just two rooms with connecting door. Location is far from old city tourist sites, so if you want to spend more time there, this is not a good option since istanbul traffic is always crowded.

The hotel is modern , very clean , and breakfast was very good . 5 min walking from the metro station . The staff are very kind and helpful.

I love this hotel! Whenever I come back to Istanbul, I always choose it. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful—especially the team at the entrance. Unfortunately, I only remember Yelcin’s name. This hotel has never disappointed me.

The level and quality of all services, from porter and concierge to reception and room service, are outstanding. The helpfulness of the hotel's staff has no equal. Breakfast (and room service) with a large variety, everything freshly baked, cooked etc and tasty, perfect both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. We had live harp music each morning. Again, the promptitude and willingness to serve at the highest level were impressive, also concerning breakfast, in particular, I'd mention here Veli and Mehmet. The hotel location is also very good, a shopping mall is at 5-10 minutes by car (the hotel offers a shuttle), metro station nearby, quite a few small restaurants around. We felt really at home in this hotel!

Breakfast can be better, for 5 star luxury hotel we expected more. Room is okay. Anyway hotel didn’t worth the money which we paid for.

A Memorable Family Stay at Hilton Istanbul MaslakWe had an amazing time during our stay at the Hilton Istanbul Maslak. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, making us feel welcome and well cared for.The breakfast experience was a highlight of our stay. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, and the live harp music every morning created a wonderfully serene and elegant atmosphere – a truly unique touch that made breakfast a special part of our day.Our room was spacious and perfect for a family of four, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. The daily cleaning service was outstanding; it felt like magic how the staff managed to transform the chaos of our room into perfect order every day. A particularly charming detail was the way they placed my daughter’s teddy cat in the middle of her bed each day – a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we all appreciated.The swimming facilities were also excellent, and we enjoyed using them as a family. However, we did notice that the cleaning staff in the pool area were not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff, which was a small inconsistency in an otherwise perfect stay.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hilton Istanbul Maslak and would highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay in Istanbul.

The rooms are spacious and clean. It is couple of minutes walk to the metro station and only 35 minutes from the airport. Staff were nice.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Pastries were soggy, coffee was bad and for a five star hotel the variety was very poor considering the price they are charging. After day one we decided to have breakfast outside which is not ideal.
