It was bad.no views no clean water same breakfast

Location was very central, close to old city and sightseeings, however it could be much more updatedIt did have elevator, great, it did have breakfast, standart

Aircon kept turning off, my son had only fan in small room, no aircon and it was also turning off and old, it was very noisy, you could hear person snoring next door

It was a very well-priced hotel, no frills, with the best location to visit the city. Situated in a quiet street, walking distance to the attractions in the old and new town, and very close to all kinds of transportation: tram, buses, metro and ferries. The room was just enough for the four of us, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast, offered from 7 to 10 was included in the price. They cleaned the room every day and brought fresh towels. The receptionist was helpful, and he arranged our taxi service to the airport. I will repeat this hotel again.

I like everything. The room was a bit crowded, but okay. We didn't expend much time in the room. It's not a fancy hotel, but a very decent one, with all I need for my tourist's needs.

Excellent breakfast, super staff, brilliant location. Everything is perfect. I will book again inshallah.

Location is good.

The tap water in the facility had a strong odor and an oily feel which made it very uncomfortable for use either for shower or hand washing, the room was extremely small, and we has a bit concern about overall cleanness of the facility.

The service at the desk was very good and they helped me to bring my bags

Very close to sights, food options, little ‘corner store’ , pharmacy up the hill follow the tram tracks. Short walk to bazaar. Staff really friendly and helpful.

The location is very good, very close to tram and train stations, quite close to ferry and boat departure points, walkable distance to many points of interest, beautiful park just next to the hotel, many restaurants, cafes and shops around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Paid parking just behind the hotel, which was very good for us. The street is more quiet than other parts of the neighborhood.

The four persons room was rather small and there wasn’t really enough space for the luggage of 4 people. The bathroom was small. But it was great value for money and we knew in advance the room wasn’t going to be big.

Location was great. Everything within walking distance or near the trams. Had a four bed room with a bathroom which was a bonus but the room was quite small. Table was next to wardrobe so couldn't open the wardrobe door.

Not much choice of breakfast. The bidet wasn't working and when turned handle fell off. Too noisy at late night or early morning. Slippers were not slippers made out of paper. Two toilet paper in bathroom for family of 4 and ran out quick. No new ones stocked. Heaters were on all day and night. Air conditioning not functioning. Said property has a terrace but door was shut when went up to check.

The location of the hotel is perfect-right in the center next to Sikeci train station ans Marmaray station. Very convenient. The check-in process is easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience first time in life when I reched in hotel they charge 60 euros because with out reason they said you your child age is 16 years old i did not give her room i booked 5 adults and one child 16 years old booking. Com showing me 4 adults in one room one adult and one child second room i asked reception please give me recipient he i don't just 60 pound if no go out he said write to booking. Com I don't know he write you or no but very bad experience with me and my family

Location is maybe the only good thing about this hotel…

We payed extra for a bigger room and when we came, manager told us there is a mistake with reservation, but we hadn’t any option to choose when we booked, there was only one option to choose and that is bigger room with king size bed. Bathroom was dirty, two person can’t use it at the same time, and it stinks so much, in the morning when you brush your teeth….There was so little space in the room also, only one charging port, Breakfast = it was so poor, there was only 5-6 things you could eat and they weren’t good… nothing is as on pictures, and when you eat your breakfast, there is an old guy that sits right next to you and look at you with judging face how much you eat. Really really poor hostiality.

I did not have proper sleep for the last few nights , people banging doors in the middle of the night Spoke to the receptionist next day but he did not look impressed about it

Staff is great and very helpful/kind. I loved the interior design of the whole hotel! They offered me tea even though I was late for breakfast.

The bathroom and shower specifially were moldy.

The location of the hotel is great. All the staffs especially The young man, Mahmud is really gentle and helpful!

The hotel dosent provide water bottle. Also the old man with maroon coat is a bit angry man. Break fast finishes quickly.
